This is wonderful. Spider-Man's web-slinging--much like Batman's gliding and Superman's flying--has become so commonplace that it's really, really rare to find it depicted in an interesting way. Everything's been done, you know? So it's always cool to see it done so well, like this. Brings some of the flair back to something that's become so mundane.

Thanks for the comment. I was actually inspired to do this piece when I saw another piece of spidey art. I wanted to give him a sense of gravity.. like he's right in the middle of a swing.. that point where he's just weightless. I think that's missing in alot of spidey comics today. They just have spidey in these weird poses suspended in the air and it doesnt look realisitic. Part of what influenced me is the way spidey swung in the first couple episodes of the 90s show. I loved how they would make him stay in the air for just a split second before swinging down.
