This is undoubtedly your best artistic style. I absolutely love it.

Have you seen Lee Bermejo's work? I see some slight resemblance. Particularly with the very simple, yet distinct solid black lines and detailed shading.

Keep it up.

Not sure if I would call that "cell shaded," but I think it looks great nonetheless. The face is very reminiscent of the way Lee draws his Batman (which happens to be my favorite). I'd love to see you do some characters in a more animated (Justice League, The Batman, Spectacular Spider-Man, etc) style. I think your style with sketching and colors would translate nicely.

i'd say try darkening the shades. i see you've already put a highlight around his top but i think it would also help if you put some medium-ish highlights. just a hint here and there.
