X-Men 3: The Last Stand (Video Game Update)

No what else sucks? I know I'll have a CRAPLOAD of homework tomorrow.
I always do.

:mad::(:down

I got the PC version today, I keep dying :p

I got mine today for XBox.. have not started playing yet. Will let you know what I think of it :)

i rented it today on xbox 360 the graphics are ok i mean not what it should be but they are ok, the cutscene are just plain stupid with images still, the story so far has a lot of plot holes im really convinced that zak penn should stop writing scripts seriously and kinberg should stay away from comic movies.

As of the gameplay its way better than x2 nightcrawler is the most fun player, wolverine for some weird reason the camera is stuck behind him a la playstation 1 first 3d games you cant change the camera and bobby's game play is fun yet repitive

i will give the game an overrall 6/10

I don't know about you, but one of the movies I can't wait to see this Memorial Day long weekend – that I've been waiting for since the project was first announced – is X-Men 3: The Last Stand. I'm not a fan of that tacked on title, but nonetheless, who can resist the charm of Wolverine and crew? To accompany the surely successful release of the film, Hands-On Mobile is set to release a cellular phone game based on the X-Men 3 movie.

In it, you take on the persona of Wolverine, Nightcrawler and Iceman, each with unique mutant superpowers that you will need to make use of to get through the various levels. The story describes the death of Stryker and the reconstruction of Cerebro. Yes, fans of the series, we will be seeing Sentinels this time around. The game itself emits quite a dark atmosphere with a lot of greys, blacks, and browns.

This isometrically-oriented action game is scheduled for release in tandem with the movie of the same name.

More on the mobile game.

Why would they do that? That is stupid!

it likes like a sales pitch 2 get people in the stores. i highly doubt they would add a level just for target 2 sell it. i dont make sense. but who really knows if someone can prove that there is an Xclusive Nightcrawler level.

Yeah I'm sure a billion dollar nationwide company is lying to make a few extra sales of one video game. That's probably it. LOL :)

my thoughts exactly.

There's no stupid extra level in the target versions, that's just stupid. You just get a code to unlock Kurt's danger room level which is something you get anyways if you beat the game.

I have started playing the game. Wolverine is ok... Bobby can be pretty hard to control and I think that Nightcrawler is the coolest character in the game.

And yes... that cap above with the magazine covers in the bg is real.

I am kinda upset with the game though. It is the 'official' game, but Halle Berry and Kelsey Grammer are not even the voices of their characters. And the cut scenes have the images and voices, but the characters mouths do not move. Just seems like they took some shortcuts with the game.

The very beginning shows a scene of the movie, digital of course, with Scott at the lake with a rose and the water turns orangish and you hear a female voice scream 'why' and then Scott realizes it is a dream.

I will keep you updated with my thoughts....

I got the game today for PS2 from best buy, its pretty badass. I agree its kinda weak they don't move their mouths in the animations but its alright. The gameplay is sweet but I can't get by the level with Wolverine at Alkali lake trying to save Storm from Deathstrike. Its a sweet game, definetly recommend it but I hope theres some cheats.

I just got the Nintendo DS version - it has a DS exclusive: you can play as Magneto.

Heading off to play it now!
