It seems alot of stuff is missing in X-Men 3. True its not really following the comic book as it should be I find.

Seeing when Jean Grey in X-2 people thought she died. Cyclops married Pryor who supposably gave birth to Cable. Thing is Pryor was made in Sinister's lab from Jean Grey/Phoenix DNA.

Atleast Storm does become the headmaster of the school.

In the comic book, when people thought Jean Grey died. Sinister some how got a hold of her DNA to create Pryor a Jean Grey clone. Cyclops marries her because she resembles Jean Grey. These two have a child named "Cable".

True, its a movie they can change stuff around. This is a huge thing to change or not show.

I know, but that wouldn't be put on screen unless they planned the Phoenix Saga as a trilogy.
