And yes, the X-Men and the Brotherhood have to work together to stop a common enemy who has corrupted Mystique as well as Wolverine and Beast. And Emma Frost is revealed to be alive as well as the step-sister of her rescuer from the Weapon X facility. The catch was Apocalypse masterminding the rescue. I'd also add in either Sauron, Post or Avalanche to the Brotherhood since they're the only three members who we haven't seen yet. Xavier would save Wolverine by showing him the memories he showed him in DOFP which causes Wolverine to remember the hero he is destined to be and rebel against Apocalypse. Magneto would save Emma and Mystique with Mystique leaving the brotherhood to adopt a mutant child who she orphaned serving Apocalypse after seeing that her last name is the same as her first.

Wolverine like two of the other Horsemen would be captured from Weapon X but Beast defects to Apocalypse as a nod to Age of Apocalypse.

I'd also throw in the airship battle from Fall of the Mutants as the climax complete with the New York skyline crumbling, power outages, etc.

For Mystique, I want her to be in charge of a Brotherhood that includes:

Mystique - leader
Toad
Spyke
Ink
Blob (please do him justice)
Avalanche (maybe)
Destiny - they free her from a government facility

For Apocalypse I want the following:

Death (Sanjar Javeed or not named - Wolverine or Archangel replaces him)
War (Abraham Keiros, Decimus Furius or not named)
Pestilence (Plague, Ichisumi or not named)
Famine (Autumn Rolfson or not named)

I also want Sinister involved, and possibly he is the one that transforms Wolverine into Death. I could see Mystique giving Wolverine to him for information on how to save other mutants, including Destiny. He or Ozymandius would be the one to put his remains into the regen chamber at the end.

I know very little about the horseman but I feel that transforming a child angel into archangel could work easily, he would later summon wolverine and as war we could finally see the crazy beast side of wolverine. Later perhaps mystique and nightcrawler could be summoned together in a scene where she is confronting him about their past?

Well not really as an X-Men member, but more as an ally in the big battle. I think by the way that this movie shouldn't focus on the different "mutant teams" at all, they all have to fight the big bad together. Also if Magneto turns on them again, I'll rage quit. As far as the age goes, I don't think they are going to be paying much attention to that and I do think it's time for them to throw in some more sci-fi elements this time around. Alternate reality does not seem so far fetched and the actrice does have that 5 movie contract still.

Agreed on the horsemen, however and this is just an idea because even I think it wouldn't work, but perhaps having someone like Selene and Mr. Sinister as horsemen that get away. Purely to give us two more definite villains for the future.

Obviously if it didn't look good and if they had no development then I wouldn't want them which with the amount of stuff in this film it would be unlikely, but just a thought that could be cool if done right

Thats why I think him and Selene would be good horsemen, Selene could be Pestilence because of her life draining, and she could be the longest serving horseman, sinister could be famine for his genetic experimentations (I am thinking genetically modified crops haha), Wolverine Death, Mystique War (Because she is the symbol of a war xavier and magneto are fighting) .

I don't think it's by chance 3 x related films are coming in 2016.I just firmly think deadpool and gambit are going to have small roles in Apocalypse.With
Gambit he could be introduced in Apocalypse and fleshed out more in his solo film.
