Days of Future Past X-Men:First Class The Final Theatrical Trailer

Awesome gifs. Are you making those? Would love to see one when the missiles launch and fly across the sky. That is some spectacular cinematography. Gives me chills.

Right now based of trailers and what we know, nothing this summers compares to how good this movie could be.

Sad thing is Transformers might be tops this summer (domestically) yet again.

Ehhh, I dunno. I bet ROTF probably did more harm than good. I doubt as many people will turn out for the third movie.

I think Deathly Hallows and Kung Fu Panda 2 are gonna do really well. POTC: OST could make it to the top 5 as well...

I can say without question, this was definitely the best trailer of all the comic movies this year, IMO. I wasn't entirely impressed with the first one, but this got me excited, probably the most anxious for an X-men film since X-2 (which this gives me a vibe of). Count me in

If Transformers beats Harry Potter, I will be stunned.

Edit: I noticed you were talking domestic. Based on past performance, I suppose it's possible.

Not only is it possible, it's a sure thing. Harry Potter has a build in audience but really no new money is possible. If you haven't seen the other films, there's no way you see this film. The last Potter came in short of $300 million and the last Transformers came in over $400 million. Sure TF2 was crap but there's no way that changes this time around.

As for First Class, I hope all the haters are ready to eat crow and are open minded enough to be prepared to apologize come June 4th. Those that leave their "this isn't like the books" mentality at the door will be in for a treat.

Yea I meant domestic. Harry potter, domestically has always had that ceiling.

I'm hoping Pirates bombs. and Kung Fu Panda too!

Anyways I noticed that the sub shown in the trailer is named Caspartina. I googled it and found this:

Captain Shakespeare's flying boat in the film Stardust is called Caspartine, named after Matthew Vaughn's two children Caspar and Clementine.

WTF MAN

I enjoyed the hell out of Kung Fu Panda.

haha not i (btw, i work in the industry)

The trailer looks X-traordinary and epic!

Can't wait for the movie!

This was absolutely wonderful. The dialogue sounded so crisp and well-delivered.

Anyone else think that Mag's turns all those missiles back on the ships and thats what makes human's start fearing mutants?

No, because I don't think it will be public knowledge that mutants help prevent War between The US and Russia. In fact they will be double crossed by the US Gov after all is said and done.

I think you're right however about mags turning those missiles back on the fleet. Ten bucks says those missiles were fired to kill them by the US ships and not the Russians. If not that then Shaw somehow gets those missiles fired toward the Mags and Company. Emma is seen in that scene where she looks to be on a ship. Perhaps she has the Captain order the fleet to fire on them.

The new trailer is great, I'm really excited for the movie now, besides that it shows that we may actually get a good X-Men movie after X-3 and Origins is good, but how the relationship will be develop between Xavier and Lensherr throughout the movie is what intrigued me the most.

This movie is going to be so good. At this point this and Super 8 are my two most anticipated films of the summer.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I know the international trailer is the bomb but this is why I give the Am trailer the edge. This scene right here comes right after "Peace was never an option"
I agree. I've watched both so many times, there are moments in both trailers that are so awesome.

You'd wish they could take the best parts of each and smash them together into a 3-4 minute supertrailer, which, should be easy to do for anyone with decent video editing skills.
