Days of Future Past X-Men:First Class The Final Theatrical Trailer

I have no idea how to pronounce Azazel either. I assumed it was 'Azazzle.'

I always pronounced it like, Ah - Zay - Zel.

I love how the yellow and blue costumes looked great.

"What would you prefer, yellow spandex?"

Yes.

'Cept that it's not spandex.

I believe it's 'Uh-zah-zale' (or 'zel') with the emphasis on the second syllable (which rhymes with 'car').

The name originates in the Bible as the name of a demon, and is also found in Islam as the name of a spirit.

I guess 'Azazzle' isn't horrific, it just seems to lose some of the name's power/weight to say it so quickly....

That's what I thought it was too. Although I mistake it for Azrael every time I see it. And not the Angel of Death Azrael. Gargamel's cat from The Smurfs Azrael.

But at least I was pronouncing Azazel correctly. :oldrazz:

I pronounce it the same way. I first heard it in the movie Fallen, in which Denzel Washington encounters a demon named Azazel.

There is more character in that trailer than there was in the entirety of Wolverine and the last stand combined.

I'm there, and not only that I am now a die hard magneto fan.

I'm hoping when i watch Thor next week i'll get to see any of the X-men trailers.
Hope there's a response too. if not I'll just shout out "Yeah!"

Well, I'm just glad that there was no negative reaction to it.

In a packed crowd, there's usually no holding back when the people see something that they don't like, so, in each time I've seen it, I never heard anyone saying anything bad.

Might have to do with how emotional and character driven it seemed it has an intelligence an elegance to it also had a sort of British sensibility about it. It has that 60's aesthetics to it also features real world politics and a mutant/superhero drama.

something like transformers which did'nt indulge into the plot or acting and just ominous sounds with robot action is easier on the eyes i guess lol

He's had a variety of artistic representations over the years...I still hold to the suggestion that his appearance (by which I mean his skin color and ethnic features as well) is still able to adapt and change from time to time depending on the social environment around him.
