The game doesn't have to be definately in the works for us to dream about it.

I don't see why a Dark Phoenix plot would be bad. There are only so many things they can make a game out of.

Things I'd like to see:

*More RPG like story. You should be able to explore the mansion and learn a ton of things about X-Men lore.

*Villains like John Sublime, Cassandra Nova, Vulcan, and Ord in the game.

*ALOT more costume choices. The choices from the first two game were dissapointing, especially when tyhe first one was in development and they promised you can wear a ton of different costumes.

*To be able to play as Archangel, Shadowcat, and Beast again.

*Spider-Man as an unlockable character

*More flashback missions

*More realistic graphics

*Better Camera

*Powers that actually seem like they do damage

I agree....i wish you could explore more of mansions and go into town as regular people and talk to others like an rpg...you pick a character or possibly a team at the beginning and you grow with your powers....you fight freely like you always do but with more powerful moves....go to town and buy stuff...no missions because it goes too fast and doesn't get you into the game and characters that much....just walk around and not have to get attack so much....so that it's not a hack-and-slash game and more of an rpg with great graphics.

More variety in levels and enemies.

more diversity In powers and character types. What I mean by that is, Cyclops and Gambit shouldn't basically be the same character with a different skin.

More of an in depth fighting system

I'm honestly surpised they didn't have the Phoenix in the first two. I wouldn't mind that,but I'd like them to continue where the story left off with Sinister. As for all the other crap,the people above me basically listed what I wanted as well.

I would like to see Mr. Sinister kidnap Scott and Jean Grey. I want Kitty Pride to be a playable character. I want Jubilation Lee to be playable again. I want the introduction of Madeline Pryor tying into the Sinister story maybe duplicating Jean Grey. I want just more of everything. I love these games and think they are fantastic.

I want Emma Frost back as a playable character and at the end of the game I want Jean Grey to turn into Phoenix and have Emma take her away to Hellfire Club setting up X4.

If there ever was an X-men Legends 3, I would like to have the Hellfire Club and Dark Phoenix and I want it to be focused on the Phoenix and Dark Phoenix Saga.
