X-Men/Wolverine Vs Marvel Cinematic Universe

Ok so if Marvel still had the rights to X-Men/Wolverine movies, how would they feature in the new Marvel Cinematic Universe?

Probably a X-Men/Avenger movie where Apocalypse is the villain. I could see a Hulk vs Wolverine movie being made too.

I think it likely that we might get Wolvie showing up in a WWII film that primarily would be starring Cap & maybe the Invaders.

Or they might just want to adapt the Origin comic into a full movie by itself.
