X movie mutants aren't weird enough?

Am I the only one hu thinks that the "X" movie mutants aren't strange looking enough, eg: Leech and that they left out all the ones hu looked the slighest bit strange?

yeah, I think it really comes down to the amount of time they had for make up and effects, they tried to make them as weird as possible with the time and budget given.
