He asked me if I was upset that Cykes dies and I said no. he thn said that really he is not technacally dead as we never saw it. They did this so he can return for sequals

You really think Patrick and Ian got paid that much?

I am pretty sure Hugh and Halle got paid the most, with Ian, Patrick, Famke and Kelsey following.

There's no question that Patrick probably made a mint and you really can't have Prof X without Magneto, for this series.

Figure probably a good 15 million for Patrick and Ian and then 10 to 12 for Hugh and Hall and then it goes down for there.

But it adds up to a good chunk of change for just the actors.

I agree. In the X-men comic booksthey would kill Charles Xavier character from time to time. It made the story line more interesting.

they should have used the phoenix firebird effect, considering that we saw jean start to light up when she was holding the water back in X2 (let alone the fact that we actually see the bird under the water)
