i just fnished reading the novel and i was just adding some of the spoilers i read that wernt part in the movie.
-in the begining of the book flashback to when jean is playing with her friend and how her firend gets hit by a car and thats when her powers begin.
-in the scene at jeans house in the movie you see magneto and the brotherhood. in the book they dont have arclight in the part but she is replaced by another mutant "radian" wich has the abilities to [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]generates a uni-directional flash of white light from his body that can blind his opponents. radian is never seen after that in the book.

- quills is reffered to kid omega.
-when they rescue mystique multiple man and juggs its onlt magneto and callisto.
- in the final battle callisto and storm kinda fight airborn and callisto pulls out a knife but later ends up stabbing herself she i guess she dies cause they dont mention her from there on.
- the part where bobby goes off to the riots he sees bishop and he is a fbi agent and his mentor is alicia vargas who is also mentioned as a mutant.
- in the fnial battle kitty fights a random lady with and axe and later colosus arives and help. iceman fight phat and they also mention blob, trying to state they are two different people with different abilities.
- instead of angles dad getting herassed by psylocke arclight and kid omega, it was angel himslef. the lady is killed too.
- people mentioned psylocke slipping into the shadows before she getts burned along with arclight and kid omega but it doesent even say they die.
- after the battle they have new mutants (sage dani moonstar cannonball gambit ) they are mentioned wearing the standered blue and yellow training suits.
- there is a part where moria is trying to talk to magneto but he is ignoring her. she later hands him her card saying she can help him.
