I don't see why they wouldn't ship it overseas as long as the buyer pays for delivery and the bid is high enough.

But you're not selling on ebay. Someone who puts up an item for auction on ebay -in my opnion- should be open and available to questions from potential buyers.

I've sold on eBay. And I get what you say but ppl are too busy that they forget.
