SYNOPSIS:

Taking place a year after Magneto's deadly attack on Alcatraz Island, human/mutant relations are at their lowest. Senator Graydon Creed, anti-mutant activist and founder of the Friends of Humanity, has reintroduced the Registration Acts, believing that they are needed now more than ever.

At the mansion, Storm is the acting headmistress in the wake of Charles Xavier's death with Wolverine and Beast rounding out the staff. Rogue is being outcast and exiled by her peers, even by Bobby, due to the fact that she "cured" herself and became a "traitor" to mutants.

When Bolivir Trask, Secretary of Homeland Security, jumpstarts Operation
Zero Tolerance, mutants are forced from their homes and stripped of their
rights. Many flee to the sewers, home to a community of physically deformed mutants called the Morlocks.

With the government and the general public against them, the X-Men must brave all odds and overcome a ressurection of an old friend and the return of a terrible enemy. With all the world watching, the X-Men must fight for their freedom in a world that no longer trusts them. A dark horizon for homo superior looms overhead...

Great synopsis Who do you want to direct x-men? Or do you want Ratner to stay? I think Peter Jackson would do great directing x-men 4.

I hhoenstly think to market X4, they would REALLY have to give fans what they want. and honestly right now, the best thing to do is have Cyclops VS Wolverine. Have cyclops return only to find out that Wolverine killed her and that makes cyclops bezerko!

How cool would that be in a commerical? end it off with Cyclops stanading there right about to fight wolverine who is drawing his claws.

Okay if there was an X4 and u had 2 write then what would u do? What would be the plotline? With Professer? The Phoenix? Would LOgan be the star? Would Storm get a wayyyy better role? Will Magneto get his powers back? Would there be a HUGE battle between two of your favourite characters? Would there be a HUGE battle betwen mutants and humans? Would Kitty and Rogue ACTUALLY talk? WOuld Rogue somehow get her powers back?

Ok, I know I already posted my synopsis and ideas, but here's a little revamp. It's sticking to the main idea, but adding a bit more.

X-MEN: DARK HORIZON

SYNOPSIS:

In a world that has steadily began to trust mutants, tragedy strikes. When the presidential canidate is brutally murdered by a mutant terrorist, humanity once again turns its back on Homo Superior.

Human/mutant relations take a turn for the worse when the Mutant Registration Act is passed, causing an uproar in the mutant community. Every day, more riots break out, more anti-mutant hate crimes occur... A dark horizon, indeed.

For the X-Men, these recent turn of events couldn't have occurred at a worse time. With the institute finally public and out of hiding, security is a top priority.

But, when Bolivir Trask, the Secretary of Homeland Security, jumpstarts Project Wideawake, the X-Men are forced to take action. Instant fugitives, the X-Men must fight for not only the entire mutant community, but for their lives as they go up against their greatest challenge yet: the world.

To survive, the X-Men must forget all past teachings and accept the help of new allies. Without Professor Xavier's words of wisdom, the X-Men face their deadliest battle yet.

I was mulling this over a couple days ago, and this is what I'd do for X4 (not fully done, but this is it so far:

My movie's villain would be Mr. Sinister. My returning X-Men would be Wolverine, Storm, Iceman, Colossus, Kitty, Angel, Rogue (cure wears off), Cyclops (more on that a little later), and Charles Xaivier (recasted since he is in a new body). Moira gets an increased role. Some of my new characters would be Mr. Sinister, Gambit (Sinister's right hand man), Avalanche, and Nate Grey. I am currently thinking of some more baddies (don't need new X-Men really since Gambit converts).

We start by seeing Scott is still alive, and wounded at Alkali Lake. Here, Mr. Sinister finds Scott, and takes him to his lab. Sinister wants to eliminate all of the humans and mutants so he can start a super race based on the gene's of Scott and Jean. To eliminate both humans and mutants, he develops a deadly disease, known as the Legacy Virus. Moira's role is to find a cure. Sinister gets Jean's DNA by sending Gambit to get it from the mansion. He is successful, and with Jean and Scott's DNA, he creates Nate Grey, the first of his super race. The X-Men must find both a way to cure the Legacy Virus, and stop Mr. Sinister's plot.

The keys to Sinister's defeat are the betrayels of both Gambit and Nate Grey. The man who defeats Sinister is Cyclops, since his optic blasts are the only things that can hurt him. Moira finds a cure, but much like the comic, it requires self sacrafice to the host body. I am contemplating on who it should be right now. May add Ilyana and have it be Colossus, or I may have it be someone else. Not sure at the moment. The virus effects everyone, either physically or emotionally.

That is what I have so far. I don't have the character's personal archs yet, but this is a start.

X-Men: Rise of the Apocalypse

I would like to tell this movie like The Godfather Part 2. One story will pick up where X3 left off and introducing Apocalypse fulfilling his plan with his 4 horseman. The other story would be of the formation of the X-Men, showing Xavier and Magneto recruiting the first members (Cyclops, Jean, Storm, and Beast). It would show Xavier and Magneto's friendship deterioriating as their ideas clash and the blossoming of Scott and Jean's love. Halfway through the movie, Xavier reveals to the X-Men that he is alive and Patrick Stewart could still play him by using the idea of projecting his former image into the others. Xavier comes with Moira MacTaggert and introduces X-Factor (Banshee, Havok, Gambit, and Polaris), mostly supporting roles but some may join the X-Men at the end. They all unite to put an end to Apocalypse's terror.
I would set out to pretty much tell an adventure story here, not dealing much with the government's reaction to mutants. I feel that the previous movies have been too kind to the mutant population and haven't been extreme enough. Well after X4, it's going to get a lot more extreme as wheels will be set in motion for an X5 and X6, which X6 plans to be Days of Future Past.

Here's the basic info"

Its sort of reworking the Upstarts competition the Younghunt...I changed it where the The Upstarts challenge The Inner Circle of the Hellfire Club (more like Shinobi challenges Sebastian...son vs father) over who would gain more power/or who become the new Inner Circle of the Club by winning a Mutant Hunt. Of course the targets would be the X-Men...Gamemaster's powers allow him to be in contact or hear the thoughts of every being on Earth...he would sense the strongest or worthy X-Men and from there members of the Upstarts and Hellfire Club would challenge members of the X-Men...whichever side had the most captures/kills/etc of the X-Men...I'm still working on it...the winner would gain control or still be in control of the Inner Cirlce and the Hellfire Club. For sure though...I would have Selene eventually betray the Club for the Upstarts believing they are the future of the club...and Tessa would be a spy in the club for the X-Men...sorta giving them a heads up.

OK, I'd have Proteus in it, and make the film generally a lot darker. Proteus would easily kill people as he does in the comics. Also Gambit would be in the film, the cure would have to be temporary, and wolverine would become more animalistic, possibly have a relapse to his memories triggered by proteus? Also have Havoc in there, bring back cyclops as we never saw the body, he could turn up on the other side of the world, so phoenix teleported him or something.
