I didn't really pay attention to the "brother" comment made by Prime, but I don't think it was meant to be taken literal. I think he meant "brother" as friend or fellow robot or something, not an actual brother. How can robots having siblings anyway?

Good point. However, I think we can all agree that this was an unnecessary and confusing line to be in the film if that's what Prime meant when he said it.

noes. It's definitely from the allspark. we saw it heal frenzy's damaged body. Then when bumblebee somehow got it to shrink we see it spark up in bumblebee's mouthpiece a bit.

Maybe I'll have to cook up a pot of crow and admit that I wasted all that energy using my imagination because I didn't see what you saw.

Maybe the amount of damage to a transformer that the allspark can heal is determined by how big a transformer is and how long they touch the allspark. Maybe I'm wasting too much time thinking about this.

Yeah. Quite a few changes were made to the script. I remember Cflash complaining about Megatron being a spark munching moron. I'm glad that was changed.

Anyway, I noticed the Starscream thing in the movie too. But it seemed to me that he was shooting at the other jets as they were shooting at Megatron. You would think the *director* would have made him shooting at Megatron obvious considering its importance.

Maybe it was the ILM designers doing it unbeknownst to Bay??? That'd be cool. I mean, he apparently overlooked the Devastator snafu... why not this?

lol. Now for my best explanation for why Bumblebee didn't immediately speak after touching the allspark. He hadn't spoken in millions of years so he needed to learn how to use his robotic vocal cords again. That would have taken some time.

indeed. Like Brothers in arms. that sort of thing. It's common in kung fu movies for the kung fu monks and stuff to refer to each other as brothers since they all grew up together.

Shaolin soccer for example.

Yeah, it was totally not stressed in the movie the way it was in the script. In fact, I only heard it once (unlike like 5 times and several lines of dialogue devoted to it in the script).

I didn't really have a "WTF?" moment, as to be honest, I enjoyed most of the movie.

I think the major plothole with Megatron is honestly due to poor editing. The movie, even though I enjoyed, was poorly edited.

My "WTF" part was the fact that both Starscream and Megatron, the two more known enemies in the movie, had little roles actually in it. The big flaw for the film for me was the fact that we just had very little real antagonism in the film itself, and the Autobots save Bumblebee, and the Deceptacons, didn't get any REAL character development. Which was disappointing.

Yo!!!... I forgot about that. I loved that scene. That was the kid from Lords of Dogtown! Wow... I take back what I said about racial stereotyping in this movie. Even white kids where hit. I think I need to reevaluate this whole movie.

I'm still going with the idea that he either needed permission from optimus or was just joking with the puny humans.

My other WTF moment, was when the supposed "earthquake" is sam's house and his dad just run to hide in the table, he didn't drop the wine glass or anything, he took it to hide with it lol...funny i guess

Oh! another wtf moment! WHERE WAS THE AUTOBOT/DECEPTICON TRANSITION!!! WHERE THE AUTOBOT LOGO FLIPS TO THE DECEPTICON!! WTF!!!

That would have been cool to see. Maybe we will see some of this in the sequel.
