Well, his showing against the Spectre certainly showed a lot of power, but it has already been shown quite a few times that Nabu without a host is usually weaker, and that Hector has already surpassed Nabu before Nabu became one with the vestments.yenaled said:Wouldn't the most powerful Fate be Nabu?
Specifically against the Curse. It took Nabu and all the other wizards of ancient Egypt to stop him. Hector did it by himself in the present. Nabu's a Lord of Order, but it's been stated in the comics that merging a Lord of Order with a human host results in a far more powerful being.Harlekin said:Well, his showing against the Spectre certainly showed a lot of power, but it has already been shown quite a few times that Nabu without a host is usually weaker, and that Hector has already surpassed Nabu before Nabu became one with the vestments.
Harlekin said:I'll give you that, but again, not her fault. Dream decided to spare her.
That'd be Jared Stevens.Varient said:Death by Snu Snu?
(Sorry, I couldn't resist.)
BTW,... Which Fate was it that supposidly made weapons out of the helmet and went all gritty on us?
Yeah, but that just showed how different the new Dream would be. I will say that she was 'tainted' by that story, and I don't think Gaiman handled her as well as he could've (and the same way with Hector), but I don't really blame her.Pksoze said:Lucky for her it was Daniel.
I just never liked her after that storyline I guess.
His run was so irritating it made me actually look for back stories on fate to find out what happened.Harlekin said:That'd be Jared Stevens.
There is no current Fate. Hector has gone into the Dreaming. Nabu is dead. The helm has been thrown to the earth, where fate can decide a new Dr. Fate.Varient said:His run was so irritating it made me actually look for back stories on fate to find out what happened.
So is there a "current" Fate?
or just Nabu?
I thought he looked more like a Kree Soldier.Harlekin said:Oh, the atrocity. He looked liked the Manhattan Guardian in that thing.
