Sequels Reboot after First Class? Should they?

i dont want to see singer involved in any x-men projects. i like what vaugn did. at least he thinks big and knows how to make some good action sequences.

I tought every anti Bryan Singer person already knew that the basic story, characters and structure of first class were by Bryan Singer.

I loved First Class and as long as Fox keeps the quality up I see no need to switch studios or reboot however, I would like to see them bring in characters like Jean, Cyclops, Storm, Rogue, Iceman, and or Gambit in future installments, I know First Class is meant as a prequel but IMO it's loose enough that they can do their own thing with characters already used in past X-films.

They should either continue with X4 or First Class sequel.. Re-hatching Wolverine is just stupid. Pay the original cast for more movies, do a good job and earn your money back! Don't be cheap, giving us crappy spin-offs..

I have a bad feeling after the various Interviews lauren Shuller donner has given the
plan Is do The Wolverine,Deadpool,and finish First Class trilogy and then reboot.Waiting
for First Class trilogy to complete before X4 Isn't realistic.COnsidering The Wolverine
and X-Men Originseadpool don't have set releases we could be looking at 2015
for the second first Class and then 2017 or 2018 for last of trilogy.And after that Fox
may a couple or 3 years later just reboot like Sony did for Spider-Man.

when you do x-men, you have a vast number of characters and concepts!
there is no need for a reboot, since there are plenty of unused characters to create the new team...i mean, they need like 4 or 5 members, right? i'm sure they can find 5 x-men they haven't used yet!

You have iceman and angel, who can be on the new team.
you can include rogue and wolverine too.
colosus is still game right? and nightcrawler can come back...even cyclops can come back...wolverine can come back, but i hope he won't.
and you got beast.

so there you go...there's x-men 4

or you can use totally new characters, why not?

no reboot needed, i hate reboots!!!you have some sort of continuity in 5 films, keep it that way and work with it! it's too complicated to reboot it, the concepts have to remain the same and it's boring to watch them develp again.

this is not spider-man or batman! with them, you have different interpretations and different ways to guide the plot.

with x-men you can't change too much...it's about racism and people developing gifts and deformities and fighting for the very people who hate them.

It might be quite nice to see the original team some day, but there is such a wealth of characters to explore that I don't see the point in rebooting. There's a lot of options to move forward from First Class and The Last Stand, and I hope FOX pursues both.

Umm Flash news, the main story of First Class came from Bryan Singer. He was also the one who picked the characters to be in the movie.

X4- New Class, base it off of Days of Future Past/Operation Zero Tolerance. Scott is found (he was never shown dead, the no body rule) a new team of X-Men have to stop a new Brotherhood from killing the leader of the Friends of Humanity. The two teams could be) X-Men: Storm, Cyclops, Iceman, Kitty, and Colossus. and the Brotherhood: Quicksilver, Pyro, Blob, Avalanche, and Lady Mastermind.

Tanya Trask travels back in time to help Storm reform the team, find Scott, and stop a new Brotherhood from killing Graydon Creed, starting a full on war between the Humans and Mutants.
