Seriously, my very least favorite villain is Mr. Freeze, for his redundancy in every story he has.

In defense of hated Batman villains:

Mad Hatter:

-Great run on Gotham Central (my definitive Mad Hatter)
-Had two of TAS's best episodes, and arguably the best (Perchance to Dream)

The Clock King:

-Awesome TAS episodes

I think Zeus is a terrible villain, I didn't even like him in TAS.

TAS is the only redeeming factor about The Clock King; as well as Killer Croc, who I think is extremely lame, and while I think he has potential, Man-Bat has always bothered me in every comic and tv show he's in.

Penguin is cool in the Burton film as well as a handful of comics and TNBA, other than that he fails.

Poison Ivy, I loathe. She's a terrible villain IMO. Calendar Man is annoying as hell, but like Man-Bat, I think potential IS there.

OH! And Hush after the "Hush" arc! I LOVED The original Hush arc, but then, Hush kept on reappearing and getting over used! He just became a joke!

Hush was like the DC's version of Venom! Kick-ass character with great initial arc(s)! But lack of moderation killed him!

I'll tell you some lame villains that I always liked......those three animal mask guys. The Fox, Eagle, and Shark or whatever. Those guys were cool. But I think White Shark killed them all
