Spiderman getting beat down by the Tarantula and having his mask taken.

Spiderman vs The tarantula rematch. The issue where Tarantula is after his son.

Spiderman and Nate Grey vs Electro

Spiderman(guest starring in the X-men) vs two prime sentinels with Marrow

Spiderman vs Venom in Venom finale #3 out of 3

3) Secret War #3 - Peter totally embarasses Professor X, Cyclops, Colossus, Rogue, Storm, Nightcrawler, and Wolverine...all at the same time!


2) ASM #269 and #270 - Spidey vs Firelord. I dont care WHO you are; back Peter Parker up against a wall at your own risk!


1) ASM #229 and #230 - Nothing can stop the Juggernaut? Yeah...nothing except one determined little Spider-Man! If you have never read a Spidey comic in your life, then i highly recommend these two issues. Peter just refuses to give up. Great story!

Yo, I can't let this go.
How the hell did a gunshot kill the Tarantula! The guy was eating gunshots from Hydra robots for breakfast. Spiderman could barely hurt him. Dude has laser eyes that follow you sorta like Darkside. He beat spiderman down and took his mask as a trophy. Even in the rematch Tarantula had him on the run. And he got killed by bullseye. A man who couldn't defeat Spiderman on his worst day. And with a bullet at that. Come on. How screwed up is that?

is that even hard for spidey to do? last time i saw a marvel powerchart comparison they had luke cage able to lift 2 tons, and spidey can lift 10 when hes first bitten, and hes gotten stronger since so....
