Age of Ultron Your worries/concerns with Age of Ultron

Josh Brolin is gonna have to really prove himself to be a super deadly legendary character like Thanos after James Spader's ULTRON.

we're also going to get donofrio's kingpin too. that's some serious comp.

^^ The official synopsis says that ULTRON starts out as a "dormant peacekeeping program discovered somewhere in the wreckage of the Chitauri invasion" (Note: its not a Chitauri related program as some have thought). Tony takes the program and modifies it somehow and thats where ULTRON is born.

Im betting the word ULTRON stands for something too.

^^ Something like that or Ultimate Logistical Terror Response Operations Network

I'm concerned they're going to make another bad movie poster like the first Avengers Poster.
Oh wait, they just did.

Horrible.

My concern for Age of Ultron is at the End of the Movie what will the New Team will look like when Captain America will assemble his new Team i know that Falcon will be there since he made his First Appearance in Captain America the Winter Soldier but what would the new Team for Captain America would look like.

^ That's not really worth being concerned about. It'll be a new team which we'll get a glimpse of, nothing more

I'd like to see the team battle Ultron's drones throughout the film while saving the final showdown for Ultron himself.

He's going to get a fight with Vision so that's cool, I truly hope this is Thor's best representation yet.

THOR VS VISION?!? And I thought I couldn't get more excited for this film!

The only concern I have had, and the one that's not going away:

The "avengers vs army of drones" ending.
been there, done that.

I doubt that's the ending as Ultron will have one body that's tougher than all the drones, but the drones will of course be there to be taken down first as it would make no sense for Ultron not to try to overwhelm the Avengers (and the World) in his mission.

Why concerned about that? It's already been said that the ending is unlike any final battle in the MCU, and is the most "comic-booky" yet...

That would eliminate anything that falls under "been there done that".

So I don' think you got much to worry about. :woot:

I'm hoping not

Joss surprised me enough times on the first film
I'm sure things wouldn't be so easily predictable this time either

I only have 1 concern about this film. Not even about the film really but the MCU itself. I think the phase 3 slate and all the Spider-Man hoopla is overshadowing this film and stealing its thunder. How can we be excited for AoU when we're already gearing up for CW?

Joss has seen all the same films we have, he knows what people like us do and dont want to see. Im convinced of that.

After watching the 3rd trailer, does anyone have any other worries/concerns?

I personally don't like the suggested romance between Bruce and Natasha. My worst fear is it could be the Avengers equivalent to Tauriel and Kili.

The action doesn't look to be all that impressive, but that's never been Whedon's specialty so it's whatever.

The action doesn't look impressive? I'm still going crazy at the shots of QS punching Cap, and Cap throwing his shield at Ultron. Plus Hulk vs Hulkbuster :hmr:. Action is the one thing I'm not concerned about .

Not a fan of the Widow and Banner relationship. You never know though, she could just be pretending to be with him so he never transforms into the Hulk. Would be weird if it were a legit relationship.

I am worried that Ultron will get the Ronan treatment where he kicked ass all movie and gets cheated out of a true final fight with the Avengers. The case with Loki is similar, except he did not actually appear very intimidating throughout the movie, contrast to Ronan.

Lol I'm sorry but that doesn't count as impressive action to me. More like expected action in how it's set up and how it looks.
