Well, I finished Buffy V and Angel II last night... awesome stuff... both series...

You could almost feel that Buffy V was destined to end the series, but I'm glad they made two more... and Angel II ended on a nice light-hearted 3 parter that was just a great story to watch.

Started Buffy VI and Angel III tonight...

But seriously, yeah. Buffy season 6 is different, and it's kind of split fans down the middle, love/hate. I mean, not hate, because s**t, bad Buffy is still good tv. Angel season 3 however--I think it's the best season out of any of 'em, Buffy or Angel. Maybe that's just the principle of recency though, as it's fresher in my memory than Buffy 2 or 3.
