I am at a point where I have genuinely no idea what comes next. I really thought that if this thing happened, it would be the tying up of snyder's films.... but the way this came out, it feels like WB is now once again very much in the zack snyder business of making DC stuff.

I don't know if i'm gonna like what I see, but all I can do is hope that its good.

I wouldn't say there back in the snyder business but maybe offering him and fans closure to that part of of DC film history.

You know technically spending $20 mil to finish this is cheaper then launching a new series or movie for there service. Given most of the film is done besides post work this is an ace WB needed for Max to compete in the stream wars

Not only that if is a hit and gets a look of views it brings up the question of releasing big budget movies for streaming.

This is where I'm at. Affleck is gone, but this breathes new life into standalones for Cavill, Miller, and Fisher. They could even use this to hype HBOMax Green Lantern Corps or a new Justice League movie by 2025 (not a direct sequel).

Crazy though some here speculated an HBOMax Justice League series and that's sorta what's come true.

I also figured we'd get a Snyder cut , though I thought it would be a couple of decades from now , so to see it so soon is a surprise.

I am curious to see what we were supposed to get. I didn't like BvS or JL, but I am intrigued by the other version of the film.

I’m mostly excited for Ray. He was the first actor Snyder called about this.

I probably won’t watch it unless it’s free but I’m happy for the fans who really wanted this. I hated BvS so don’t see how I could enjoy this since it’s Snyder doubling down.

Despite my mixed personal feelings on this I'm just glad that the fans are finally getting what they've been wanting even if it doesn't turn out to be all that great. I wasn't the biggest fan of JL and was never all that excited for a Synder Cut, but even I have to admit that this is huge news and completely changes the game for streaming as a whole even more so than The Mandalorian and Marvel shows going to Disney Pus. If all of this really does go according to plan HBO Max could seriously pose a threat to other streaming serious which I see nothing wrong it with honestly as a little competition usually leads to better results and other studios stepping up their game content and quality wise.

Kudos to Zack, the cast and the fans for finally being able to convince the studio to let this to happen and I truly wish them all the best of the luck.
