Yes, Twilight Princess is set after Ocarina of Time.


Hard to say. Originally Nintendo was saying that this was a sequel to the Wind Waker. Now they are saying that this is set decades after Ocarina of Time, which would mean that it is a different Link. Nintendo has said that it is a different Link.

Though there is some evidence that this is the Hero of Time Link.
- Some screenshots of the begining of the game show Link in posession of the Triforce of Courage which the Hero of Time Link posesses.

- One of the trailers showed Kaporea Gaebora the giant owl that helped the Hero of Time in Ocarina of Time.

- Link is riding Epona which is the horse of the Hero of Time. Navi, the fairy of the Hero to Time

- Navi, the fairy of the Hero of Time, is in the Wii version of the game. In the Gamecube version, Link if fairyless (Navi left Link after Ocarina of Time and Link was looking for her in Majora's Mask but ended up in Termina)

- The game is set in Ancient Hyrule, the setting of Ocarina of Time

Nintendo has said that this game is the link between Ocarina of Time and The Wind Waker. The biggest question that has developed from the Wind Waker was that how did Ancient Hyrule get flooded. Where was the Hero of Time? Nintendo has said that this is the darkest Legend of Zelda game ever made. My personal opinion is that we will be playing as the Hero of Time, grown up once again but will fall and lose, forcing the gods to flood Hyrule so that Gannondorf will be unable to take over the land. This is my personal opinion however and I could be completely wrong.


Nintendo has confirmed Ganon's appearance in the game and that he will be the villain. Hopefully this game will explain how he was able to break the seal of the Sages, another question that developed from the Wind Waker.


Zelda is in the game.


Nintendo has said that the game should take over 100 hours to beat. Yes, it will be a long game.

Fine, I choose The Legend of Zelda on account that I am playing A Link to the Past at the moment.

I'll probally like Metal Gear more when Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops comes out.

That's exactly why I am going PSWii, because of Metal Gear and the Legend of Zelda. I'm a diehard fanboy of those two franchises.

Now that I think about it, A Link to the Past shouldn't be remade at all. Nintendo should use their Virtual Console to remake Legend of Zelda, Adventure of Link, and Link's Awakening however with a more fleshed out story and graphics similar to A Link to the Past's

I was going to get all three, but I really just don't want to spend over $1000 on consoles that will eventually get outdated. I have other needs that need my much earned money also, such as comic books, DVDs, buying actual video games, and needing money when it is required. Plus I'm getting enough crap from my dad for wanting the Playstation 3 and Wii (he thinks having the Playstation 2 is just enough), and b***hing from a parent for stupid reasons is just plain annoying

It's a damn shame too, unlike the original Xbox, I actually liked the Xbox 360 I was actually pretty close to getting an Xbox 360, but the shortage was so severe where I live at that Target never had any (I had enough in gift cards to get a Premium model), even when they announced the price of the Playstation 3. A few weeks after announcing the Playstation 3's price and deciding not to get one (thanks a whole f**king lot Sony), Target had plenty of them dammit

No, I loathed the original Xbox. Mostly because the controller sucked ass. Luckily the Xbox 360 fixed that.

KOTOR is unbelieveably slow at times. The only reason people kept playing and wanted to keep playing is because of the story. It would have been much better as a movie and not a game.

Ninja Gaiden is aggravating in its difficulty. It would be better if there was an option for choosing a difficulty.

I don't think he was saying that. He was saying that I should get an Xbox 360 and the great games it has on top of the Playstation 3 and Wii I am getting. But like I said I really don't want to spend $1,000+ on consoles that will eventually get outdated.

There's a little Zelda snippet from yesterday. The video looks phenominal visually speaking, but it was grainy because of low video quality.

Link was shown pulling the master sword and swinging it. :heart:

Also, Wii's TP will have Link as either a righty or a lefty for obvious reasons. GC's TP will have Link as the standard left-hand.
