Here's something that no one except for the crappy dawn of the dead remake answered. What happens to reanimated pregnant women? Does the reanimated fetus burst out alien style or does it just sit there?

Alas, it was a crappy movie...but the intro to the remake was awesome.

That was great. Really liked the remake when I first saw it, but at that time I hadn't seen the original. When I saw the original (I believe an extended cut), the remake just doesn't compare.
