You know, as bad as the situation is...it gives me immense joy seeing that thanks to Twitter, a lot of these right wing Rioters get into trouble.
Like, the same platform that helped build up to this, who caters to these awful Racists and managed to fuel the flames thanks to its owner being a Dick...is also the platform that thanks to its users, could identify many rioters so police can go after them.

Yes, very apparent when you look at the pics of riots that it's very often those not particularly blessed in the gene pool who gravitate towards this stuff. That or being consumed by hate all the time affects how you look after a while.

Luckily my sis got warned about it by 2 people before she went back that way. Home now so safe for now, and cancelled plans made ages ago with friends in London for tomorrow. A shame she had to do that but just got be careful these next few days.

I have seen English racists on social media advocating inbreeding and being proud about all their ancestors coming from the same region. There definitely some shallow gene pool bigoted weirdos out there.

Actor Arthur Darvill from Doctor who and legends of tomorrow was spotted at the anti racist protests in Walthamstow defending the refugee office. He travelled back in time to tell racists to do one!

Good news at least. It looks like over the country as a whole, many of the threatened riots for Wednesday either didn’t materialise or were crowded out by counter supporters. Actual protests remained largely peaceful.

Yep, absolutely. Things like “civil war is inevitable” is not what you want violent far right thugs reading. The EU and UK need to do something about this. Banning Twitter until it sorts its act out in Europe as a whole would make it unviable. It’s a shame Threads didn’t fully take its opportunity when it came, and requiring an Instagram account was a dumb way to start.
