🏈 NFL - Game On

Man......first off I give the Jags v Titans a bunch of S*** for that awful game.....then it's the Rams and 9ers.....

The Bears and Hawks put on an impressive show to claim the crown. Seattle couldn't outscore the Dodgers. LOL

Not even a touchdown last night.

The Chiefs clinching home field is really interesting this year. If they rest their starters next week, they will go 25 days without playing a game. They will be rested and healthy, but not playing that long could make them rusty. I don't know recall anyone going that long without playing a football game after they rested their starters. Something to definitely watch.

Seattle is almost as pathetic as the Bears, just about as pathetic as the 49ers, almost as pathetic as the Rams when they played the 49ers, and will anyone be highly, strongly, bigly surprised no matter WHAT happens when the Rams and Seattle play in the season finale?

At least the Jags and the Titans each had an excuse.....they were both playing lousy teams when they met. :funny:

That's an interesting point and a good one. I suspect they'll give their starters some work (depending on Mahomes condition, they might just sit him or tell him to throw the ball away if anyone gets near him). It certainly does give them a leg up if handled right.

At the Patriots/Chargers game today. Loving it. My guy is tearing them apart.

Ownership needs to fire Mayo. No excuses for the defense to be this bad.

Falcons have a chance to claim the division Sunday night with a win over Washington, which I find really surprising and disturbing. Disturbing because the entire division is a heaping pile of garbage, but surprising because I had them winning five or six games at most this year. But most likely means they’ll lay the proverbial egg vs the Redskins commanders Sentinels, whatever the heck their name is.

The Falcons "could" lose to the Sentinels and still win the division if the Bucs were to lose to the Saints.....uh.....never mind.....

The draft picture got really, really interesting......if Cleveland loses, they move ahead of the Giants; which is surprising and disappointing to many Giants fans because the Giants won.

Now, here's the thing.....as things stand, the Pats pick #1 and I think they are a lock to take Travis Hunter. the Titans pick next....

I hesitate to ask, but to any Titans fans out there, how is the team feeling about Levis? Might they actually draft a QB??? If so, the Giants could be the odd man out.

The Commanders will have a lot of motivation too against the Falcons tonight because if they win, they tie Green Bay and own the tiebreaker against them. If they can get the 6 seed instead of the 7, they would play the Rams instead of the Eagles.

EDIT: Stfanski ought to be fired or not allowed to call plays for the offense. No wonder the Browns can't win. 4th and goal at about the 3-4, down by 10 early in the 4th and you decide to go for the TD????

My team has the number 1 pick in the draft. This is embarrassing. Trade it away. Shouldn't be taking anything other than tackle or edge rushers in the first round.

I stay as far away from Travis Hunter as possible. Want nothing to do with him.

Then I wouldn't go to any games next year. :funny:

Hey.....maybe they'll beat Buffalo. Normally I'd laugh when I said that, but Buffalo has clinched their spot and might just give the game away; if their backups are worse.....

Shedeur & Travis Hunter had a really bad bowl game last night. I do wonder if that will impact Sanders draft stock any.

Raiders picking at 8 or 9 now... good god, what an absolutely abysmal season.

In every way possible. :funny:

EDIT: Yeah.....they're at 8 and the only way they move up is if the Giants, Panthers, Jags, or Jets win. None of them are playing a team that has much to fight for except maybe the Panthers (playing the Falcons), but they're pretty much cooked unless Tampa Bay loses to the Saints (who lost by 15 to the Raiders LOL). Giants play the Eagles who are locked into their seeding, but probably don't want to lose to the Gs. If I'm Phillie, I rest my guys.

Y'know, I was thinking about it and agree with you. If the Pats can find some sucker who will give them a treasure trove of picks and hijack them, go for it. That #1 pick has recently been gold. They need a lot of help and if they can get a potentially high #1next year, a 4-5 pick this year and a couple of 2nds, that's a good deal. Sometimes we focus on one player and for some teams, that's okay, but the Pats probably aren't that team.

I think Hunter, however, is going to be a beast.
