10.15 - Fortune - Discussion Thread (Spoilers)

Since Anne Coffel Saunders writes, Clark, Lois, and Clois, I'm betting this would refer to their fortunes over Oliver and Chloe's. :super:

Fair enough. Not to mention, with a name like that? Zatanna may be coming back.

Hopefully her and Tess would interact.
Wait, the only possible outcome for that scene would be them making out. :)
I mean, with both Zatanna and Tess's willing to flirt with anyone with a pulse.
"Wait, does this mean Tess won't make out with me?" "Edward Cullen?! How did you get in here?! This isn't the Twilight universe!"

Quick, someone give me a time machine!

what does the song talk about?

Also i totally cant wait to see what this one will be. hopefully it will be good. Also i still wonder were the heck johns episode will be landing. I would think/hope its between 16-18 so 19-22 is the last four to be focused on main ending stories.

From the introduction of the first episode of criminal minds dvd, I was hooked! I especially enjoy the quotes and comments at the opening and closing of each episode. Of course, the plot and characters are what make it work. I'm not a "TV watcher." Criminal Minds is the only show I watch faithfully. Other than this, I watch the news or rent a movie. "criminal minds dvd" is what I look forward to on Wednesday nights. The suspense, the variety of characters, the humor - what a nice mix. Pantikin is such a father figure for the cast. Matthew Gray Gubler as the resident genius Dr. Reid is a hoot! The women are gorgeous. Shemur Moore makes a sexy Derek.

I think your in the wrong forums??

Hey, Webhead, you could totally see what I wrote above happening if Tess and Zatanna were in the same room, right? :)
Totally would happen too.

At least Man of Tomorrow is not negative about Teri Hatcher. :)

Who knows what this episode will be about. Probably going to be awhile to we get details on it. Since I think beacon is last episode they will shoot before going on break. So we probably wont know anything to late dec/early jan.

With Lois and Clark's wedding day approaching, the Smallville gang, including Chloe (Allison Mack), heads to Metropolis' version of Las Vegas on the February 25 episode for a wild bachelor/bachelorette party weekend that becomes one big, er, Blur!

"It's our fun Hangover episode," says executive producer Brian Peterson. "Clark won't remember what happened the night before." With Supes impervious to the effects of alcohol, it's a spiked bottle of champagne sent by Zatanna that sparks the insanity. "You see the wild side of everybody," adds exec producer Kelly Souders, who hints at a big OMG moment involving Tess and Dr. Emil.

"We all wake up in different places in bizarre situations involving weird outfits and animals," says Erica Durance (Lois). "I wake up out on the train tracks with Oliver and realize I can't find my engagement ring." When they trace the ring back to a casino, Lois and Oliver encounter casino owner Amos Fortune — a supervillain DC Comics first introduced in 1961.

Erica hopes Lois' next outfit will be more traditional. "It is my wish to wear a wedding dress," she says. "I think that would be a fantastic way to end the series." But what's the likelihood of Clark and Lois making it down the aisle? Heading toward the big day "brings out real issues between them," says Souders. "Let's face it, it's not easy to be married to Superman!" I'm also hearing the finale may be a two-hour send-off — with one last visit from Supergirl!

Nice photos and this and episode 14 should be fun episodes.

Guys notice that Clark is not wearing glasses since Fortune takes place after Masquerade.

While this may be an out-of-character filler and that it's supposed to be Chloe's final episode, this may show different pairings of the characters trying to work together to investigate what happened to them that will bring them all to the same conclusion. We have Clark/ Chloe, Lois/ Oliver, and Dr. Hamilton/ Tess. I wouldn't be surprised if Dr. Hamilton/ Tess ends up the most interesting pair. :super:

I wonder who was cast as the amos fortube jla villain appearing in episode. Vant they whole glasses thing is we don't know what is happening with the,. Plus really he would probably only wear them at work and all that. Where at this party is probably just with tess/emil/ollie/chloe/etc.... characters.

I see Amos Fortune will be in this episode. Is Zatanna in this one too? :super:

Huh. Interesting.
Okay, my question is why did the interview awhile ago say Lois would investigate what happened with a surprising ally or something like that, and this newest blurb says she's going to be with Oliver.

I'm sorry, but that's not a surprising Ally at all. Is someone really ******ed to think her teaming up with Oliver would be surprising?

Seriously, I could write better descriptions of what happens. I wish I was joking.

And as an added bonus, I can be very brief.
"They all die."

I'm just saying, I was hoping for her teaming up with Zatanna or someone surprising. Not freaking Oliver.
That's about as surprising as hearing that 2 + 2 = 4. :)

I mean, gah. Sometimes I wonder if some people are on drugs.
I was really hoping for a surprise team up.
This is very disappointing.
Like being audited by the IRS disappointing.

:(

"Oh well, we'll always have Paris." :)

Also, I mean, I've dealt with functionally ******ed people before. I went to an Autism camp. The worst people there could tell you that it made no logical sense to have Oliver and Lois be the surprise team up.

Oliver is not the surprising partner as we know they had a relationship and it's also known through the tweets that Oliver will wear high-heels. :super:

Even if Oliver is the "surprising partner", who the **** cares. Not really that big of a deal.

Wait. Hold on, so she works with a surprising partner, but it's not Oliver. But they said in the recent thing that she wakes up on the train tracks next to Oliver and they both try to determine what happens. That means they work together.

If not, then who is she going to work with?

And what are you talking about, Oliver will wear high heels?
Can you link me to a Twitter where someone says he's going to cross dress? :) I thought they weren't doing the Rocky Horror picture show. :)

Honestly, if I completely misunderstood this, I would be happy. Very happy.

I don't know how they can have her investigate using a surprising partner, when the blurb says she's going to work with Oliver.

Please try to explain this to me.

Well, maybe you don't mind if the cast/crew can't understand the simplest of words. :)
Personally, I like to believe Van's right, and I'm completely misunderstanding it.

I just thought it was simple.

Since Lois is working with Oliver in this one, Oliver doesn't qualify as the surprise partner as ED has put it. As Prison Mike pointed out, who cares. I thought it'd be Tess, Dr. Hamilton, or Chloe. :super:

Whew! Okay. That's a load off my mind.
I apologize for my madness.

And yeah, it would probably be one of those three.
I know Zatanna sends the bottle, but you'd think after the events, they'd try to track her down. :)

I think that while Lois and Oliver try to track down Amos Fortune, Clark and the rest will try to track down Zatanna. :super:
