Do you have anything against Green Goblin?
Ha ha. :oldrazz:

What did you think of Harry Osborn being "New Goblin" in SM3?
Disappointing. I like James Franco (anyone that plays Harry Osborn, a WW1 flying Ace and a guy that rooms with a talking gorilla is ok with me) but the costume was terrible. It was worse than the original Goblin movie costume. (Which was ok.) I did like the portrayal. The fight between Peter and Harry in the mansion is HANDS DOWN my favorite in the series. Cold blooded, personal, spiteful. Everything a Goblin/Spider fight should be. I didnt mind him losing his memory. I thought it was a nice nod to the comics story.

What was the last time you had a glass of Orange Juice?
Far too long ago. I love OJ.

Did you know that the little boy from Jurassic Park is now all grown up and starring in HBO's new war mini-series?

Wow, he's in The Pacific? Another Spielberg project. Good for him. Kinda makes me feel old though. The last time I saw him, he was a little kid.

Because if you were "Demogoblin"--which is way cooler--you'd get more questions on your 15 minutes session. No one recognizes you.

No one recognized me as Demogoblin, either. :o I never stuck out from the crowd. I dont know how many times I would post something and it would be completely ignored in the conversation. Hey, an all mod 15 Min would be cool with me.

I have a laundry list of questions. I hope you're prepared! :oldrazz:

Wow...

17 years pass and a kid changes completely. What the hell?

Oh, and Ariana Richards from JP grew up to be hot. :awesome:

If you look directy at his face, the resemblance is still there. As for Ariana, I don't think I've seen a recent picture of her.

Bring em on!

Yeah, I can kinda see it. Still kinda a shock. She was in Tremors 3. Thats when I noticed "Hotchie motchie! She's a hottie!" She's a painter now, and out of acting.

What movie terrified you as a child? Have you gone back to watch it now that you're older?

Aw. Well, your blood-red brothers will always be here to support you. Let's get you to at least 5 pages dude.

Oh yes, I certainly do remember the movie that scared me as a kid. I went over to a friends house and we watched Fright Night. At least my two buddies did. I stayed in another room and refused to watch. Eventually, I limped home (I had hurt my foot earlier that day) instead of just sitting alone. I did re-watch it and it wasnt so bad. Amanda Bearse's transformation was still kinda creepy.

I was about 13 when I saw The Exorcist. I slept with the lights on that night. It still gives me the creeps but not as badly.

What is your favorite horror movie?

Its still The Exorcist. That thing is a work of art. I wish to God that modern horror movies were that good. Horror movies in the 70's were the shiznit.

Yeah. It's a shame. Today's horror movies rely too much on blood, guts, and gore in place of an actual plot.

Speaking of movies...

What are your thoughts on remakes and prequels?

What are your thoughts on the '3D' wave that's hitting Hollywood?

Do you think '3D' could become standard in filmmaking?

What modern Hollywood is missing is the psychological edge. Get in the audience's mind. They dont give us credit for intelligence. Then again, Hollywood responds to what people pay to see. The public is to blame for lame plots, too. [/end rant]

I really dont know what to make of the remake craze. I dont mind prequels. Sometimes I like having a character fleshed out more. But again, they need to put some real thought into the film and not just slap something together. They need to realize what made the original film so great and try to reapture that lightning in a bottle. I'm more ticked off at all of the old TV shows that have been made into movies. That just screams LAME to me.

I heard somewhere that 3D films are going to become more common in the coming years. I'm indifferent to them. I didnt see Avatar in 3D and I dont feel that I missed anything. I did see My Bloody Valentine and Beowulf in 3D. That was ok, but nothing great. I think I took off my glasses halfway through Beowulf.

I'm starting to think Hollywood has run out of ideas.

Totally. The endless parade of former TV series made into films is proof. I swear its up to us average people to come up with our own ideas. We have a lot of life experiences that dont get told in movies. For instance, I hated college. I'm glad I went but the whole experience made me crazy. Instead of yet another "drink, screw, party" college film, why not make it a drama? Not saying that I would want to write such a film, but turn the typical archetype on its head.

It's a very valid point man.

Have you ever been so disappointed with a movie at the theater that you walked out? If so, what was the movie?

I should have walked out of Battlefield Earth. I did walk out of Death Proof. I was incredibly bored with that movie.

What do you dream of being able to do that you cannot do right now?

Is there anything realistic you wish but is just beyond your reach?

What would you want to change, if anything, in your current life right now?

If there is something, why haven't you made the change?

How accurate do you believe are the histories that you have studied as a reflection of what happenned in the past?

The first four questions have the same answer. I want a real job. One that can get me out of my Dad's house. I have a frickin bachelor's degree and I'm working in a supermarket. I dont mean to sound arrogant. I love many of my co-workers and having a dead end job is better than none at all, but this isnt where I wanted to be at this point in my life.

I feel like there must be a job out there for me somewhere, I'm just not finding it. I have looked into going to grad school but that has many of its own challenges. My best option for schools has the subject I want and is only an hour away, but costs $24,000 for tuition alone.

I do believe that the histories I have studied are accurate; however, they incomplete. Its long been a frustration of mine that for as long as I have been in school, I never learned about American history past 1945. There have been some major world events since that time but it seems like the world stopped as of the end of WW2. I also wish that there was a broader range of topics covered in history classes. I understand that its difficult to compress 400 years of history into a years worth of class time but there are important things that are over looked in the process. The removal of American Indians, for example.
