This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]360969[/split]
That's a bold statement. I think the Lions will be good... maybe even very good... but the Falcons were stellar in the regular season last year. What were they, 14-2? Even with Stafford, I don't see the Lions being quite that good. Although it's possible that the Falcons might not pull that off that kind of season again.
Nothing wrong with being bold
I think the Lions are the second or third best team in the NFC.
Unfortunately I think the Packers are the best.
Oh, so now the stats don't matter. Heh, denial's a *****.
As to the Saints, I still felt they should have used Pierre Thomas on that last run on the goal line, but it wasn't a bad outing for Nawlins, unless you're on the D, then you look like crap.
Isn't nice how Football brings people together

Yes, it's great that as the weather grows colder, we can all put aside our various political, sociological and economic ideologies to come together and hate one another for purely silly and insignificant reasons once again.
Second or third best in NFC? You would rate Lions higher than Eagles, Falcons, or Saints?

Can't believe it's all about to go down this weekend, it came so fast.

Putting my money where my mouth is. Flyin to the Detroit Tampa game.
