Cue Orton to Bears, Chiefs, or my personal choice Texans.

Leinart stinks.

No, not the Chiefs! I really want to see what my Steelers do to Palko this week. :D

My guess is that the Chiefs will pass. They have nothing to gain by paying Orton at this point. The Bears seem most likely.

I have Dwayne Bowe on my fantasy team and I'm going to pull him out; I doubt Palko will be able to make alot of passes to him even though Bowe is their #1 WR.

The Chiefs could always pull a Tebow and just turn Bowe into a gadget play runningback. :D

Whoa... there's a guy named Gerry Sandusky on NFL Network right now talking about the Ravens.

When Fran Charles said his name, my jaw hit the floor.

I did not expect them to just waive Orton like that

It is a brilliant move on Fox and Elway's part. GM Brian Xanders just won't admit his mistake in drafting Tebow. Now Tebow has no one to fall back on. If he fails it is entirely on Tebow. There will be no sitting him for awhile to "learn," from Orton. Denver now lives or dies based on Tim Tebow. They've put Xanders in a position where he has to admit his mistake.

OR Elway could do his job as head of football operations and get his starting QB some extra help (like a proper QB coach)

I agree with half of what he said....3 of 18 on third down is a ****** number

LIke i said before, Tebow is the new Wildcat, which also enjoyed early success before teams figured out how to stop it, and now you hardly see it in the NFL. Tebow's supporters would point to his 4-1 record to justify any weaknesses or deficiencies that Tebow has, but when he starts losing I'm sure they'll try to blame everything on his team. They can enjoy it while it lasts, though, because it will go away eventually.

They also have a reporter named Randy Moss.

He doesn't have a Peyton Manning who would serve as Quarterback/QB Coach/Offensive Coordinator/Head Coach/Passing Game Coordinator/Director of Passing Operations.

He's also the guy in charge of catering

If the Bears picked up Brett Favre it's quite possible that, with his recent breakability, combined with that s***y offensive line... it's quite possible that Favre could die on the field...

"Tell him, Sandusky! Tell him what time it is!"

hes our radio game announcer and there is literally no connection to the child toucher, poor gerry has to keep saying this whereever he goes in balmer.

So are the broncos officially trying to not compete? First they trade cutler for orton then trade marshall, then trade lloyd and now cut orton. Im sorry but with no real RB and only decker doing anything for the WR's and tebow throwing less then a 9 year old, how far does the broncos organization expect to go? I really want the chargers to come in here this weekend and just steam roll them and run the scor up and show tebow cant keep up wth the better gun slingers.

Alright tebow..you are the man now! Show these guys what you can do. This draft, give tebow some weapons.. war tebow war. Go into this off season and work ur florida gator azz off son. You can do this

Reports out of Denver were that Orton was almost gone in the offseason, traded to another team, but that lockout screwed that up. Teams stuck with guys they already knew or knew their systems. Orton was stuck in Denver and after a rough start the Tebow mania started in.

Sounds like his preferred destination is the Bears. They probably won't put a waiver claim in for him since they pick 30th, with only the 49ers and Packers after them, but sounds like they'll definitely have interest in him as a FA.

Hmmmm ... Let me give that one some thought. I might be in favor of a Favre return afterall.
