I still think the Chargers win that division. Both teams are 4-3 at this point and anything can happen. Still a lot of football left to be played. San Diego definitely has regressed compared to last season and something is wrong with Rivers.

Chargers still have a chance, of course (my Chiefs like to win sloppy, and let's face it, the other team in contention is Oakland), but don't make assumptions too early. San Diego has developed a nice habit of failing to meet anything that resembles high expectations.

Anyone else think Rivers just wants out of San Diego? He seems to be lacking that focus and intensity he had when he was yelling at Jay Cutler across the field a few years ago.

I blame it on Norv Turner. He inherited a 12-4 team and every year since the Chargers seemed to have regressed. Even though Rex Ryan was exaggerating when he claimed he could have won 2 SB if he became the head coach 3 years ago, I think Rex would've done a better job than Norv has done.

Both Rivers and the Chargers can come to Los Angeles. :cwink::woot::awesome:

I have rivers as my fantasy qaurterback and I want to fly to san diego to kcik him in the balls. Freaking curtis painter had a better game then rivers.

I wouldn't call winning the AFC West "high expectations".

I'm optimistic San Diego can win this division but certainly less optimistic they can do anything once in the post season. They always screw up a couple plays a game that keeps them from winning and being a top team.

The division's better than you'd expect, and San Diego just doesn't have the discipline to dominate it the way they did for a few years.

Patriots WR Endelman arrested for groping a woman.

I was about to say, Fat Albert must be giving lessons.

No. I think something is just wrong with his accuracy and or arm. He looks like he's starting to regress like Carson Palmer did in Cincinnati.

Speaking of the Pats' controversial off-season acquisitions, is anyone else surprised they haven't cut Ochosphincter yet? That guy has contributed NOTHING to the team, from what I can tell. The one time I saw him being targeted on Sunday, he looked lost and confused out there and I think the ball landed 20 feet away from him. I think he needs to hang it up.

I don't think it is about giving him the ball but more what he represents. Whether he is productive or not, defenders still have to respect him as a great player and a deep threat. He has to be accounted for in game plans. That opens doors for Welker and the other receivers. So in other words, he is the most expensive distraction ever.

Heh, yeah... I suppose that's possible. But since he's been such a non-factor it makes me wonder if defenses are even paying that much attention to him now. They might be, I don't know, but admittedly there's so much going on during a game that I tend not to even look at the receivers who aren't being targeted.

If Pats just wanted an expensive decoy, they could have kept Randy Moss, you know.

The Raiders signed Houshmandzadeh.

Norv Turner is done unless the Chargers win the Super Bowl(which I don't see happening). I don't think Rivers wants out since he has plenty of weapons around him. If Turner is gone at seasons end, don't be surprised if Jeff Fisher is coaching the Chargers next season.

I don't think so. Ochocinco doesn't scare anyone anymore. He's getting up there in age and has clearly regressed as a receiver. He hasn't shown anyone anything this season to make folks believe he is actually a threat. He'll probably be cut in the offseason.

As a Ravens fan this is hilarious about how fair weather the steelers fans are.

Its a famous steelers bar and it doesnt matter if your a fan in pittsburgh or in nc, if your a fan of a team you know regardless.

Still don't get the point. He went into a Steelers bar in North Carolina and is acting shocked that most of the people there have never been to a game in Pittsburgh?

Typical Ravens fanboy BS. WOW! The Steelers have fans that aren't from Pittsburgh! I bet they're the ONLY team in the NFL that has bandwagon fans! For the life of me, I've NEVER met a Cowboys fan who has never been to Texas or a Pats fan that isn't from Boston.

The fact that this idiot went to so much trouble to do this says more about his insecurity about his own team than it does about Steelers fans.
