This Pats and Giants game is pretty intense. Seems whoever scores first may win this game.

49ers move to 7-1. Definitely happy so far with the results this season for the most part. I wish the passing game would take off. Hopefully we can be middle of the pack by the season's end. The playcalling is pretty good, and Alex Smith may not have big numbers, but he's making a lot of big plays and not making dumb mistakes. The coaching staff is obviously minimizing his impact on the game, which is fine for now. I'm hoping this makes him a better quarterback down the road. We'll see. But the NFC West should be ours now. The playoffs are coming back to San Francisco.

The Niners have to play the Steelers pretty soon and that will certainly be a very nice test for them. I can already predict Gore being contained and having to rely on Alex Smith and then Troy eating him alive. t:
