Nice! It does kind of resemble that! I don't know what he's trying to do with that. The only guy to ever pull off the handle bars is Hulk Hogan. Flacco is no Hogan. :oldrazz:

Oh god...Rodgers looks even worse than Flacco. :woot:

I think the handlebar mustache only works if you're 40 or over. :oldrazz:

If I'm Goodell I'm retracting the 2 game suspension, and suspending him for the season, playoffs, and banning him from Ford Field and the practice field.

NFLPA appeals every player suspension.

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7293935/ndamukong-suh-detroit-lions-suspended-two-games-pay

This suspension is a larger issue than with just Suh, according to one source. The NFLPA wants to try to prevent other players involved in similar incidents from being suspended in the future

Guess it's a good thing that the appeals dont go to Goodell then.

Yeah they're lucky over here. In other sports, that same thing might happen. For example in European football, by appealing you open yourself to actually having a suspension extended.

Is it...CHRISTMAS?! Cause it's DELHOMME MAGIC!!!!! Texans signing that Delhomme.

Even took out my Panthers Delhomme Jersey, white Jersey. Showed my dad...

Granted I wear it every so often on Sundays...

In the past 7 years including this one, the Eagles only made to the Conference Championship once.
I don't know why you randomly picked the last seven years as if it's going to make the argument for Del Rio any stronger. If we say eight years he's in the Super Bowl, followed by three straight conference titles games before that. In any case how many times have the Jaguars made the playoffs in the last seven years compared to the Eagles? I don't have the numbers in front of me, but seeing as Del Rio has made it twice in 9 years I bet it favors Philadelphia.

Not to mention Del Rio wins the award for having the longest tenure for a coach without a division title. How many division titles does Andy Reid have playing in the NFC East?

Are you seriously trying to compare Del Rio's tenure to Andy Reid's as if it's on the same level? Because that's laughable. He was in Jacksonville longer than Tom Coughlin and had less success. And Coughlin had a decent run in Jacksonville. He at least took the Jaguars to a couple of championship games.

Kind of agree. This is also a game where there is TONS of physical contact. Shannon Sharpe was saying it best on the CBS pregame show. There are a LOT of dirty players that are way worse than Suh in the past, and probably present. Players at the bottom of piles stepping on fingers, poking people in the eyes, stepping on wrists, etc.

It's football. American football. Not lets all sit around in a circle and sing songs together. Players are paid to hit people and make it hurt. To take them out of the game or end their career? No. But a lot of those players who take the field know the dangers. The dude needs to control himself, no doubt, but if I'm his coach I tell him to use that aggression to sack the damn quarterback instead of trying to push some lineman's head into the ground after the whistle is blown. :oldrazz:

Basically what I've been saying since it happened. Things have been blown outta proportion. There's no denying he was wrong & deserved the suspension, just cut the BS about him being the Dirtiest Player in the Game of the NFL.

Oh....

Let's not forget these gems:

Personally, until he combines the unibrow with the unkempt Hobo shadow again, I can't sign off on this current facial abortion.

No I'm very aware of Reid's accomplishments as the Eagles head coach but I've been saying for while, they weren't going to go all the way with him or McNabb. And now given, his results this year, I wouldn't be surprised if he went.

Andy Reid is a very good coach...The Eagles will be hard pressed to find someone as good as him. But as they say in Sports. 8+ years in one place can get too long, especially when you dont win all the time. Change of scenery could work for Reid.

Imagine him coaching the Giants next season...LOL

Golden rule..If you're gonna fire someone..you make sure
you have somebody that is better than the guy u fired ..eagles..chargers

Exactly. I can already see Eagles fans whining and begging for Andy Reid back when their first new head coach has two straight losing seasons.
