Welp, 49ers have traded A.J. Jenkins to the Chiefs, oh well. **shrugs**

Yah, I heard he stunk in training camp and preseason...

Definitely. And we may have reached for him, but honestly, our front office has a habit of doing that in the draft. I think I'm much prefer an aggressive front office that makes moves and reaches to get the right guy (i.e. Anthony Davis) than a timid front office that just sits and hopes everything falls into place (the general manager we had before Baalke)
Too make matters worse for Steelers ,Bell has a midfoot sprain, expected to be out for a few weeks, those injuries always linger.
The Rams moving up to acquire Tavon Austin isn't a move that is as celebrated as it once was a couple of months ago.
You wouldn't know that here in STL, trust me I haven't seen excitement like this for football in YEARS! You'd think we were gonna go undefeated.
Granted, it's preseason but I think it'll take longer for Austin to explode onto the scene. Opposing defenses have kept him in check thus far. I'm more interested in your defense. The Seahawks and 49ers appeared mortal against it.
I think Austin's development depends on Jake Long staying healthy and Bradford taking that next step. If Quinn and Long (Chris) have a repeat year with Lauranitas and a hopeful emergence of Ogltree added with Jenkins staying the course and finnegan pissing people off we will be formidable. I do find it funny that really it's the rams own fault they have to play against Kap, we gave him his shot he owes his start to us. Hahaha

Oh yeah, it was your defense that cost Alex Smith his 49er career.
Either way, Kaepernick appeared average against your squad (twice). Y'all are a nightmarish match up for them, and I don't think you Rams have a 'superstar' name on that defense. St. Louis reminds me of us (Panthers). I'll be cheering for you guys to overtake the division and shut ESPN the hell up.
That would motivate me.

It's one way to go. That's for sure. The Browns appeared like geniuses for surrendering their second round pick for Josh Gordon (who was labeled a mid-round prospect). However, if you miss, you'll get crucified by the fanbase and pundits. For instance, The Rams moving up to acquire Tavon Austin isn't a move that is as celebrated as it once was a couple of months ago.
Soon as that happens, they'll move. Are luck with football here. Haha

Palmer hasn't been "decent" since like 2006.
Annnnnd.... that's the only highlights the Rams had last year.![]()
What are you talking about? Didn't the Rams get 2 Super Bowl appearances and a win after they bailed LA for your city?

It's okay... runningbacks are useless in the Steelers offense even when they are healthy.
That game last night was embarrassing. The Steelers offense can only make plays when their O-Line is holding players all over the field. I think those penalties wiped out 50 yards of offense last night. And if they aren't guilty of holding, the result is a sack or a running play that stalls after 1 yard.
I hate Todd Hailey. And I still think Mike Tomlin is the most overrated coach in the league.

You obviously didn't watch much of our season last year.
But, the standard....?
Nope. No reason to.
