^Damn.

I wonder if Saturday would actually come back.

Don't forget over-hyping Russell Wilson. IMO, all three are going to have huge slumps. DCs have had a whole season to watch film and plan for them. The slump is inevitable.

I think it's way too early too say who's gonna do what when it comes too all 3.

Plus Wilson has this.

I'll never get tired of watching that. :lmao: Yikes!

Put me down for the Wilson bandwagon. He doesn't get enough love compared to RG3 (who's one ACL tear away from possible career-ending surgery).

I love Wilson. Plus, he's a local. I have to support him. And how can one not root for Seattle? They are such a fun team to watch. Seahawks/49ers games are going to be THE BEST GAMES EVER.

I understand why they do it, but that's why I dislike Jaworski's ranking putting a lot of these QBs ahead of some of the veteran ones.

Me too. Apart of me still hates them (so much) for 2005 but I like watching the Seahawks play. It's gonna be fun watch that division play out.

It's not only Jaws. All of ESPN has RG3, Luck, Kaepernick and Wilson ranked in the top ten already. That's bull****.

Easy:

1.) I'm a 49ers fan, so I hate the Seahawks regardless
2.) Richard Sherman is a punk
3.) The Seahawks are all just a bunch of PED abusing pricks

I agree with you on 2 things tho:

1.) 49ers / Seahawks games this year are gonna be incredible. There's legit dislike between these 2 franchises from the coaches to the players.

This should be the theme song for Seattle / San Francisco games this year:

2.) Wilson is the real deal. I'd root for him if he played for any other team.

Y'all play each other 3 times. I think they're all night games, too. Awesome.

seriously, outside of live game broadcasts, there's ZERO reason to watch anything on ESPN ever. Between the internet and NFL Network, they've been rendered almost entirely irrelevant for NFL fans, unless of course their team is on MNF.

I'll say it. Eli > Peyton. I don't like Eli, personally. I think he is a spoiled little baby who rode his brother's name to a great D1 school and then awards and a draft position that he didn't deserve (both Roethlisberger and Rivers are more talented than him and should've gone ahead of him). The **** he pulled with San Diego is beyond reproach. That being said, he is better than Peyton.

Peyton is a great statistical quarterback, he is great at breaking records, but he can't bring home titles. The only reason he even has one ring is because the Colts snuck into the Super Bowl in a year when the Patriots were crazy injured and the Steelers were suffering from a Super Bowl hangover. And even then, they still nearly lost both the divisional and conference championship rounds. The Colts then went on to beat the single worst team to ever make it to a Super Bowl. Peyton got lucky. All the stars aligned perfectly and he STILL struggled in the 2006 playoffs.

I hate using this term, but it applies here: Peyton isn't clutch. Eli is. In the playoffs, Eli is just a different man than he is in the regular season. Peyton is the better regular season QB. But if it were a huge game or the season were on the line, I'd pick Eli every damn time. And for that reason, Eli is better than Peyton, IMO.

100% agree and I'm a HUGE Pats fan.

I can agree with that for what I've seen, though I confess to not watching a whole lot of Peyton games. I like Eli a lot, though.

I've been a Giants fan since watching their first Super Bowl. I'm not one of those fans who's unrealistic about their teams. But, I think if I had one game to win, I'd choose Eli.

Hopefully for Peyton's sake, Denver doesn't end up being the 1st or 2nd seed again.

Are you predicting a playoff matchup?

Oh, my fault. I meant 2.

Btw, I just checked the MNF schedule and it's looking surprisingly decent. Meanwhile, the SNF schedule looks terrific. I am looking forward to literally every game. Maybe this is just the football hunger controlling me.

I haven't seen the primetime schedule for MNF or SNF yet. I think the 49ers only have like 2 primetime games this year tho? Or maybe I'm mistaken.

I'm looking forward to Sunday, October 20th. Denver @ Indianapolis on SNF

those schedules always look good in August. Then a few of the teams who were supposed to be good wind up being bad, and the games look a lot less appealing when they happen. Although the Sunday Night games with the flex scheduling usually wind up being much better than MNF.

Yeah, and honestly, on paper, at least five or six of those games look pretty bad as it is.
