Can't even hit a field goal...oh man, it is just one of those nights for the Skins.

I'm having flashbacks to that game a couple years ago where Vick utterly destroyed the Skins (during that season when McNabb was in Washington).

That was a crazy game! 88 yd first play for a TD, then 35 points in a quarter.

This is what happens when you haven't played at all in 9 months.

I attribute 25% of RG3's performance to rust but the other 75%? Nope. Some of those passes RG3 has thrown have been on-point but the bad reads and inaccurate throws have been because the safeties are busy smothering Garcon and Moss and the Eagles D-Line is getting pressure.

The Ravens, Panthers, and Seahawks had similar success. RG3 struggles with intermediate tight-window passes.

RGIII might have excuses, but the skins D doesn't....

What we have learned in week 1: 95% of teams in the league are frauds.

After that fumble.

Did Gruden just say new ball game?

I really hate the automatic review of turnovers and scoring plays.

Too bad they couldn't get that two-pointer. RG3 should have probably just tried to run it in himself.

Chip Kelley looks like a 50-year-old infant. It's creepy.

The Redskins Cheerleaders are doing all the right things.

Lol, The Eagles are exhausted. Chip better find a way to pace the offense cuz they're lucky to be facing the Redskins.

Well, tonight confirmed it for me. In this class, Wilson is the top pocket passer, and RG3 needs to be a stud outside screens and underneath routes.

1.) Russell Wilson
2.) Colin Kaepernick
3.) Andrew Luck
4.) Robert Griffin III

I'm not saying Kaep is the best QB in the league but I can say that there isn't another QB I'd rather have on my team. He just has all the tools and thus far has used them in all the right ways. Looking forward to the 'hawks game Sunday night.

Gonna suck for the Eagles to have a Sunday game and the a Thursday game, they are conditioned but holy **** with too little rest that will suck.

I agree.

Why?

It's a GOOD thing to make sure that crucial plays are called correctly on the field.

If you're just talking about a group of young up and coming QB's, sure, but when using the term "class", I think "draft class", and Kaepernick is not a part of that draft class.

I assume that I'm arguing semantics at this point, and you just meant this crop of young up and coming 2nd year starters, but I'm OCD like that and wanted to point that out. But if you are arguing that, Cam Newton should be in that list also, since he and Kaepernick came out the same year.

That said, I feel that Wilson and Kaepernick are virtually interchangeable, tho for bias, I'd prefer Kaepernick.

I'd agree with the rest of this. Andrew Luck is good, but doesn't impress me on a Wilson / Kaepernick level, and tonight showed that RGIII needs to step up.

True, Kaepernick wasn't drafted in this specific class. I guess I consider him apart of this class because he debuted with RG3, Wilson and Luck. If I were to compare QBs from the 2011 draft, I would most definitely place Cam Newton and Colin Kaepernick at the very top. It's a no-contest really with Gabbert, Ponder and Dalton trying to stay relevant.

Both Wilson and Kaepernick offer different aspects to the game but I suppose I prefer Wilson because Colin tends to pitch instead of pass at times. His mechanics still need some work. That said, Colin's passing game is no joke. He shredded Green Bay's secondary (which is no easy task).

Yep, I hope the RG3 hype deflates a little. His completion percentage from last year didn't impress me. It was inflated. Luck is clutch but wow... to fall behind the caliber of teams he did is a tad worrying.
