He still has 'pitcher' mechanics. His inability to get beyond his second and third read is worrisome though. The Niners have to believe he'll turn a corner though cuz they're about to pay him 20m a year.

Kaep has got to learn how to look at his 2nd and 3rd options, ..Instead of focusing on crabtree ..ALL THE DAMN TIME:cmad:

Agreed. Kaep focuses on Crabtree even when Crabtree is out with an injury, lol.

DeSean Jackson is a Redskin. With the rumors of his possible off the field distractions, new coach and what appears to be players not being in full support of RG3, I'm wondering if this is the right fit for him.

The last point you make is absolute bull**** and I could care less if there's a new coach in town.

I mean, we'll see, but IMO this looks to be nothing but hugely positive for them with a Desean Jackson who's now going to want more than ever to prove his worth.

Except none of his former team mates on the Eagles publicly came to his defense after he was cut. Pretty telling if you ask me. They were probably sick of him too. I predict more B.S. from him while he's with the Redskins.

Not only a new coach but a 1st time coach. And it might work out, but there have been issues with him missing meetings and his attitude. But I don't think questioning leadership right now is silly especially with what went on last year.

Gruden is a suspect hire in the first place. For example, he fully intends to employ RG3 as a scrambler (yeah, great idea :o) because he doesn't view him as a pocket passer. In addition, I'm sure Boom was celebrating Gruden's departure. That Bengal offense was a giant tease -- Dalton was only half the problem.

It's not neccesarily the wrong fit, but its considerably doubtful he will find any success with that organization.

I'd almost go as far to say that his career may be effectively over.

This coming season will be very telling.

Giants signed another former Bronco, DE Robert Ayers. I'm really excited for what they have done in free agency. All that's left is a TE and it sounds like they are looking Eric Ebron out of North Carolina as their 1st rd pick.

Hope they can make him a better run blocker. Unfortunately, I don't think there's any better TE in FA?

Washington is a tire fire of a franchise where careers go to die.

The strange part is that they got him for relatively cheap, which leads me to believe that whatever info the Eagles had on him that led to the decision to cut him is known to the other teams around the league, and so nobody was offering him any more.

I don't believe Jackson signed there purely out of some misplaced sense of vengeance against the Eagles.

Every week it's X team is where careers go to die. Last week it was the Browns, the week before that it was Oakland.

If anything, Washington is the place where the owner has no problem pulling the spending trigger whether it's a good idea or not.

A player shouldn't be allowed to bypass the HC to the Owner unless it's Dallas. :o

Harbaugh was recently quoted as saying Frank Gore has "three more good years". I hope that's true, but I worry about the offense if Gore gets injured. I hope Harbs isn't just taking that for granted.

Instead of trading for Gabbert, the 49ers should've gotten a package ready to trade for QB Case Keenum of the Texans, much better QB in my opinion.

Actually I think for about the last decade those 3 cities have all been where careers go to die.

Interesting that the Fins signed another QB

So...is the RG3/DeSean Jackson tandem going to wreck opponents? Is Jay Gruden all hype? NFL off-seasons are always so interesting.

Somebody should put together a Draft Pick'em

I'm having a good time reading Cleveland Browns news sites and message boards where they're absolutely having a melt down because Mack freaking met with us and are now acting like the Browns are a million times better than the Jags and Cleveland is a far superior city to Jacksonville. I mean LOL I've never seen an entire fanbase be this blind to the phrase don't throw stones in a glass house. It's like Cleveland thinks their players are freaking obligated to them and they are entitled to all of them. I hope Kyrie Irving forces his way out of Cleveland so they can rage some more.

Just remember, the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland used to regularly catch on fire. Think about that.
