Do you think he's taking the fall, or someone gave him some cha-ching to do it?

I don't see how the Patriots think they will convince everyone that some random attendant took it upon himself to alter the balls without anyone in the organization telling him to do so.

Yes, I think he's taking one for the team and getting cha-ching for it. He did not just take it upon himself to deflate the balls, w/o being told to.

You just never know. The Patriots could Kraft a plan and work their way around it somehow (zing!).

I'm pretty sure this attendant "of high interest" has said what he had to say already. If I'm not mistaken, multiple sources have reported that he's been interviewed already. This should mean that we can expect to hear more concrete answers within the next 48 hours.

I'm curious if his answers will determine whether or not the news is released before or after the Super Bowl?

If not the old format, it would be nice if they brought back the skills competition.

Been thinking the same thing for awhile now. Seeing who actually does have the strongest arm, who's fastest, who's strongest on the bench is far more interesting than the Pro Bowl.

Well, I guess I'm the only one who sort of likes the fact that an organization is so consumed with winning that they're willing to tow (and perhaps overstep) the line. I'm not condoning it, but if your public persona is some hooded, evil Sith-lord type, than it's somewhat refreshing to know that's who you really are to a certain extent.

I like history, to say I witnessed it. So I want to see Belichick, Brady & the evil empire conquer one last time. And honestly, no amount of Spygate, Deflategate, or any other gate is going to make me enjoy the Seahawks. Just Lynch & Pete Carroll alone are more grating than anything or anyone in the Patriots organization IMO...

Doesn't matter...nothing will be reveal until way after the SB is played, to appear as if the League did its due diligence.

Something still isn't right about all this. Didn't the Ravens tip the Colts off that the Patriots footballs were deflated in their Divisional Round game? Why would this attendant do it two weeks in a row? Why now?

Also, according to reports, the Patriots locker room attendant had ALL 24 footballs. Why did he have the Colts footballs?

So he could fill them up with lead.

ACTING COMPLETELY ON HIS OWN, of course. Bill Belichick had no idea. How dare any of you MEDIA SCUM dare question his integrity.

Bill Belichick never cheats. I mean, sure he did that one time, but he would never do it again.

So it looks like some locker room attendant for the Pats is going to take the fall for this. I'm not the least bit surprised at that.

Neither am I. It looks like the Pats have found their patsy (no pun intended).

Poor guy will be probably be put through the ringer even though he was acting on orders from either Brady or Belicheat. I can't believe that anyone would believe that he acted on his own...

The whole thing is ****ed. Even if the Pats do win, people that pretty much believe this whole wacky story won't take it serious. Hence my stance on going with the Seahawks in every single pool I'm in. I suspect the officials are gonna be busting out some crazy calls on NE.

If people didnt have an interest in this matchup, they will now. The Seahawks are now the heroes and the Patriots are the villains.

That's hard to believe considering The Seahawks are trash talkers and their secondary has been busted for Adderall.
