Bell is injured and a successful flea flicker. Not a banner first half for the Steelers.

Feel like the Steelers are being too conservative. Those play calls on the goal line felt cringe worthy.

the Pats are a "brand" and the NFL needs one of those in the Super Bowl

its how the league sells the game to advertisers, partner networks, marketers, etc

that being said, Ill be cheering for Atlanta

Ive always liked Matt Ryan and its conference loyalty

Well, it looks like the entire Steelers defense has met its match in Something-or-another Hogan.

Falcons will probably get run over by the Pats but I'm rooting for them. Hate the Pats.

Oh Well, I guess for the next two weeks, we're going to have to hear why Mike Tomlin should be fired. :bdh::facepalm:

What a pathetic showing for the Steelers. New England is playing with a chip on their shoulder, just like they did after Brady's suspension. Couldn't have anything to do with our jackass of a coach giving the best emotional manipulator in sports, Bill Belichick, bulletin board material by calling the other team ass holes, could it? Your coach should never get the other team fired up. Yet that is exactly what Tomlin did. It's Rex Ryan level coaching, right there.

F*** sake. Can the Steelers just forfeit this game to save themselves further embarrassment?

Mike Tomlin shouldn't be fired. Starting over will squander Roethlisberger's final years and Bell and Brown's prime. For better or worse, Pittsburgh is stuck with him. He gives them the best chance of winning with this existing team. So no, he shouldn't be fired.

The problem is, he should've never been hired. He is thoroughly mediocre and inflicts wounds on his own team. So while he may give the Steelers the best chance in the now, it's also more likely than not that he will not win another Super Bowl with Roethlisberger. Which really means, he won't win a Super Bowl with the team he built, rather than the team Cowher gave him. Which means, since Pittsburgh did hire him, and will never fire him, even after Roethlisberger retires, this team will just slip into consistent mediocrity (which it borders on, at times, already with a great team...so what does that say about Tomlin's quality and how he will be without a top 3 QB?). And because Tomlin is mediocre and the Rooneys will never sack him...Pittsburgh is going to be in a Marvin Lewis situation in 3 to 5 years; an undisciplined, underperforming team that cannot win a playoff game to save its life but with a coach who will never be fired.

Don't worry man, it's all good! Mike Tomlin looks absolutely clueless with no answers. His team is committing dumb penalties and playing with no urgency. But don't worry. After the game Tomlin will have a press conference filled with senseless ramblings such as "the the standard is the standard" and other little platitudes that really don't make any sense and are really just strung together words that mean nothing when put together (seriously, can anyone tell me what the **** the standard is the standard means?) and Pompenaii and the other Pittsburgh media guys will play the clip over and over rant and rave about how brilliant he is and make a bunch of excuses for the loss, ranging anywhere from Roethlisberger's mid season injury to accusing Belichick of cheating. And that'll be the end of Pittsburgh football until the draft when we use our first round pick on yet another linebacker we don't need (and then 3 to 4 more picks on linebackers) while ignoring the gaps in our defensive secondary. That first round pick will go on to get inured during training camp. Then we will repeat this whole process over again.

Welcome to the couch, Pittsburgh. We kept it warm for you.

Heh, reminds me of the Bengals draft strategy but with cornerbacks instead of linebackers. And to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if they go cornerback again. Depending on what happens with Pacman and Kirkpatrick.

Asking a lot for any team to go into Foxborough & beat the Pats, on their field, in a AFC Championship game, with a 22-3 playoff record......well, 23-3.

Marvin Lewis should be banned from picking cornerbacks in the first round. Just look at this ****:

2012: Dre Kirkpatrick (hurt his first season)
2014: Darqueze Dennard (hurt his first season)
2016: William Jackson III (hurt his first season)

Man, great week for me. I finally got the wins I was hoping for. Though I genuinely don't know who I'm rooting for to win it all. I think I'll be happy either way. I'd love to see a team like the Falcons get that win (and I'd be stoked for Sanu as a former Bengal), but I'd also love to see the Patriots get one ring closer to beating out the Steelers on Super Bowl wins. Plus I just really like Tom Brady. Either way I will enjoy next week's game.

As long as the Packers and Steelers are not in SuperBowl.

Making the Pats CLOSE to being NOT only the Team of the 2000s but also the team of the 2010s.

All those saying...Chiefs and other teams has better rosters. The Pats just knows how to win.

They don't beat teams.....they outsmart them.

I'm glad we have 2 weeks to give Julio time to properly heal from injury... but giving Belichick 2 weeks to prepare for our offense scares me.

I will be cheering for the Falcons in the Super Bowl. Good luck Reek.
