He originally was the lead of Spartacus until he passed away due to cancer, I believe. He was replaced by Liam McIntyre, who also did a fabulous job.

One of the best damn television series I've ever watched.

But as I watched dexter it kind of have me this Peter Parker vibe as he had to juggle his responsibilities and felt like he was in deep ****.
