Woah, awesome! :funny:

Unfortunately, I can't see who liked it.

Haha thanks!

Why can't you see who liked it BTW?

IDK, I can only see the 3 most recent likes.

WOah, do you think that might be THE Tobey?

Not to burst the bubble, but I think he would have more followers?

I wish it were true, though.

Edit: Unless he just made the account :wow:

I think he's just taking it easy after Gatsby. There hasn't been any news of him being involved with any other projects.

He was awesome in that movie, by the way.

I don't get it when people say he's a bad actor... like, seriously? He was great in Brothers, Seabiscuit, Cats vs Dogs.

"dopey eyed" "monotone"... Tobey's not like that in any movie.

I hadn't seen him in anything until Gatsby, to be honest. But he exceeded my expectations by a mile.

I definitely don't think he's "monotone," and I've never heard anyone say he's "dopey-eyed" :funny:

Seabiscuit is a movie I still have to see.

Gah, I'm talking about some things that are said by people at another forum I go on (not SWH, mind).

Conversely, I've never seen Gatsby.

Ah, I see. That's an interesting comment to say the least. I think most people agree that he's a decent looking guy.

You just have to, man. It's a great film!

I'll see Seabiscuit this weekend if you see Gatsby.

Yeah, he's alright. I mean, he's no Andrew Garfield, but the guy's handsome.

LOL, yeah okay. Is it on Netflix?

I know a few women that dig him quite a bit.

I'm not sure if it's on Netflix, but if you need the source to watch the movie, you can PM me for that...

Saw it yesterday. Thought it was pretty good. Genuinely exciting with some real tension at times. Not too fond of the way the ending was excecuted, but as a whole I found the film quite good.

People need to get their heads out of there asses with the film - it gets way too much ****.

I'm looking forward to the sequel. My favorite sequence in the film was the Israel sequence. How about you?

Honestly, the criticism is what has kept me reluctant to watch that movie. I was surprised because it actually looked very interesting to me when the trailers came out.

I'm going to take your words for it, though, and try to watch it this upcoming weekend.

The criticism wasn't even that bad though, to be honest. I think you'll have fun with the film.

I still need to see Gatsby. I'm not really the romance movie kind of guy, but I wanna check it out.

Not even Spider-Man? :shr:

People that I personally know either said it flat out sucked, or was a big disappointment.

I've read some terrible reviews online as well, but like I said, I trust your opinion

My friend, it is not just about the romance.

It might be because I'm a big DiCaprio fan, but if you have a good taste in movies with genuine substance, I can't see how you wouldn't like this film.

Not even Spider-Man? :shr:

I figured you would assume I meant that outside of Spidey :funny:

I'm no stranger to what they call... los torrentes. :cwink:

I have no idea what you're talking about...

A good movie of his is Cider House Rules (rules of the house, not that the house rules), it's good to watch.

Yeah, give it chance.

I think people are comparing it to the book too much. Basing your criticisms for a film, on faithfulness to source material I always found sort of shallow. If the film comes out good, so what if strays a little from the book?

Raimi's Spider-Man 2 isn't too faithful to the comics, tbh, yet it's one of the best CBMs ever made.

I'll add it to the list, old sport.

I think the core of the main characters should always be somewhat close to source material, but I don't mind too much when the plot or universe overall strays from the text a little bit. If you look at it that way all the time, you just won't enjoy a movie based on a novel.

I was just thinking of SM2 as I read your post. Perfect example.

I'll definitely give you some feedback once I've seen it.
