That's because the Office right now has one of the worst guest stars ever doing an arc on the show.

Meanwhile the guest appearances on 30 Rock are usually random. In the back to back episodes we saw Mary Steenbergen, William Baldwin, Cynthia Nixon, Matt Lauer, Jimmy Fallon and Weird Al Yankovic.

She's never bothered me in anything I've seen her in before, but I can't stand her character here. It's the one thing I'm really not enjoying about this season. Everything else has been great, though.

Are you kidding me?!?! I LOVE HER!!!! She's clearly insane, but that's why is so much fun!!! Her interactions with Liz are just so disturbing, but it plays out hilariously!!! I'd never make her a series regular, but dammit if she hasn't been great this season, in my opinion.
