CoD2, a PC port, was not the best looking launch game for the 360 at all. Try Perfect Dark Zero or Kameo, Kameo looks better than Resistance.

I think you missed the point, once again a misunderstood post.

It was the overrall atmosphere I was trying to go for. 360 graphics didn't look that amazing back then at launch, however now it has things like Gears of War and Halo 3.

Why can't the samething happen to Playstation 3? I mean they have Resistance: Fall of Man which looks amazing, and then maybe down the line Resistance 2 and Ratchet and Clank which already looks amazing as hell. Killzone 2, Metal Gear Solid...My point has been made I hope.

How come if Xbox live is so amazing why can't they get the Perfect Dark 50 players working without any lag? Why can't Halo have more than 16 players. Why can't Gears of War have more than 8 players? *However I discard Gears for the low number because it has good multiplayer so i'm not going to rain on its parade.* But you get my point.....

Again another person who isn't taking the time to think outside of the box, why hasn't Resistance been selling well? Its not because its not a good game its because not many people have a ton of money to blow on the Playstation 3 like I did. I worked my ass off for about six months trying to get enough money to buy a Playstation 3, and it became a reality and i'm satisified with my purchase, to me Resistance is the most amazing game I have ever played and I honestly don't care what anyone wants to say. They can try to deface my opinion as long as they would like and it won't budge.

Call me a fanboy call my opinion biased I don't care. I like Resistance and thats all that matters, i'm not going to debate it with you guys because obviously your tastes differ from mine. Saying that your games are better than mine is stupid and saying mine are better than yours is ridiculous.

Everyone's tastes differ and everyone can like diffrent things. Sometimes the human race just makes me laugh.

I'm going to play my Playstation 3 and Resistance. I'll see you all later.

Comparing GoW and RESISTANCE is valid. They share similar development times and dates and launched at the same time.

I can answer that one.. THERE ARE NONE Comparing two games that launched A YEAR APART IS STUPID. You think that because they are both launch games they somehow represent where a console is at.

Face it LIZARD. RESISTANCE was the first game developed for PS3 by a team and GoW was the first game for X360 developed by a team.

I just think you guys need to give PlayStation 3 a chance, I think my post was taken the wrong way as I said I’m a more verbally oral person than typing out what I think so my thoughts and opinions aren't always represented 100% in these debates.

Yes LIZARD, we did. You see... At the time the X360 launched EPIC were starting to show off the UE3 Tech demo... The tech demo that used Gears assets. We knew what was coming and had actual physical proof.

LIZARD, graphics have a hell of alot more to do with what the DEVELOPERS can to with the hardware. All you are posting is that LAUNCH GAMES DONT LOOK ASS GOOD AS SECOND GEN GAMES.

Guess what... Yes, PS3 games in a year will be looking better than launch titles.... X360 Games in a year will be looking better than GoW... Hell... RAINBOW 6 VEGAS looks better than GoW and it came out a week after GoW.

Here's what I don't understand: Where did all the power go?

Sony fans have been beating something about having Eight Core processors and all these visual things over my head for months... but how come it doesn't show up in the games? Seriously. Is there really on 256 MB or RAM... did they think that the processor would pass info so fast they wouldn't need any RAM, that the CPU would shoot info straight to the screen? I just don't get it.
