Yeah, that makes complete sense. I don't know about the rest of you but I really can't get into the whole Harry "goblin" thing. I know how strong that storyline was in the comics and I enjoyed it, but....i don't know. There's something with this portrayal of Harry that makes me not want to care about him. I hope Harry does a lot of the "threatening to expose Peter's secret" before he starts flying around on the glider. That will make it a little closer to what the comic book Harry did...and make it more interesting.

Tell me why it couldn't be Carnage. The fourth villain is just going to be a cliffhanger for a 4th spidey film.... they wont introduce another main villain lol. You guys take this way to seriously.... For all we know the fourth villain could be electro... I just think its going to be Kasady and Brock in a prison cell at the very end, after the credits.... Or Dr. Conners taking some sort of experiment during a quick final scene and then a flash of a dark lizard like beast for a second to scare the audience and then the credits will roll.

If you learned anything from the first 2 movies you can clearly see that they are not taking that exact same route (but a little similar at times). Besides if they have that guy as Mysterio, it will just be a little too big, story wise. The story of these films are already heavy enough. They shouldn't keep back tracking.

..............By the way I do feel like a jackass because I forgot about Mysterio's back story in the cartoon. Thanks for waking me up.

Flint Marko is revealled as the accomplice/boss of the guy who killed Uncle Ben, but the symbiote makes Peter angry and starts imagining Sandmas is indeed the real killer and who planned it... dunno something like it...
