I remember reading an article that was published stating that Activision and Sony made an agreement that villains within the video games would not be in any of the films Sam Raimi directed. That would exclude Shocker, Rhino, Scorpion and Mysterio. Whether it is true or not will be proven when the fourth villain is released officially whoever it may be.

anyone can play anyone. they simple change the costume a bit and give them a mask.

A 4th villain means it's an actual villain spidey faces,otherwise that's like calling Dr.Connors a villain in S-M2.So if it is Mysterio,wouldn't it make sense for him to show up at MJ's play when Peter is in the audience watching it.

MJ just happens to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Harry could be on the balcony watching spidey take on Mysterio fixated on the person who killed his father.

And while spidey is taking on Mysterio,the audience have great seats for the show.Mysterio could become invisible,have smoke appear,maybe one illusion,maybe a laser beam from his glove before spidey knocks his fishbowl helmet off where we see Bruce Campbell saying something to spidey as spidey defeats him and the audience is applauding.

Then as Peter is exiting the theater thinking he can take a breather Harry as the Rocket Racer,I mean as the GG2 comes out of know where to take on Peter/spidey.

i think the reason they put Man-Wolf on there is because they have the option to do the character if they wanted to because they have the guy. Same as the Lizard.

Come on guys. The 4th villain has to be the Jackal. There isn't enough time to have a legitimate 4th villain and his story seems to tie in pretty well. His name is Miles Warren and he's one of Peter's Professors. He's also completely in love with Gwen Stacy and when she dies he begins the cloning research. I hope they don't do the whole clone saga though. That story is way too complicated for just 2 movies.
