The Super Breath FX were really neat.

And I'd like to mention that Lana still has the bandage on her hand from the "Zod" stab.

Okay, I've got to admit, the Borneo bit was pretty damn cool.

I can not picture Oliver the way he is now being friends with Cyborg & Flash. Unless this whole thing is a cover up of how he really is

That last scene with Oliver plus the teaser about the Green Arrow character has me really pumped. And I whole heartedly agree with the sentiment that he's Smallville's answer to not being able to bring in Bruce Wayne. Either way, I'm intrigued.

Solid episode overall. Nothing spectacular, but some decent developments.

Probably a 7.5/10 for me.

I was kinda hoping to se the freeze breath to be shown, but the super breath was cool.

What country did he shoot? and what was the last line? something about 1 down and 4 to go?

Aight... I'll be the first to say it...

Hartley's a horrible actor. :(

Now Pat I'm disappointed. You of all people, who notices if Welling has a stray facial hair, didnt pick up the fact that he was supposed to sound unconvincing in the scene with Lionel, hence the reason Lionel brought up his acting in prep school....

You're losing your edge ;)

Trust me, watch it again on the Tivo

I don't know man. Dude is a horrible actor. So freakin mechanical! But I'm lookin forward to next week though. *sigh* if only they could bring Bruce Wayne in. :(

I'm with Hulky on this one. I thought his actign there was pretty good and funny and perfectly smug. You know Queen is the kind of guy who acts all smug for driving a hybrid. He's super lib. All of them are smug.

If I hadnt seen the Aquaman pilot, I might've agreed about his acting, but he's not too bad. Rewatch the scene again, you can see he's purposely acting smug...sort of like when my wife asks me if I left the toilet seat up again (knowing full well I did since there's only 2 of us here) and I respond with "Whatever are you talking about, woman?" :D

He's night and day between that scene and the scene at the end.

Good Episode but to tell u the truth the story didnt evolve arown the titel of the episode. Clarks Superbreath was treated as a secondary story. It was cool but I would have like it better if the story was about only Superbreath and seeing Clark using it. I think the appearence of Oliver was nice but i dont see why he needs footsolders to do his work. It was kind of a let down on that part, why need footsolders when u can be the Green Arrow and beat the **** out of Lex for the info that u want.

I thought Hartley and Glover's scene was the best of the ep.

Not a bad episode. Nice introduction of a new power. Loved how we get to see Lois moving towards/into journalism. Does anybody else want to see Lana gone? She just seems more and more *****y and annoying to me. Plus at this point what purpose does she really serve?

I stand by my theory that Lionel is slowly becoming the MB again. And I actually thought Hartley was pretty good. Oh but can anyone transcribe that last scene between Lex and Lana? I was on the phone and missed it.

Actually I want more of her. Always love to see Clark get told, because she's absolutely right concerning his ulterior motives...what was that line Clark said in the Daily Planet? He saves the world on an angular basis? Not really sure what that means but methinks it's referring to what Lana was saying to him.

I totally enjoyed this episode - so much humor to appreciate. Not sure who was more funny - Clark or Lois? :p :D

Hartley needs to find his character, 'cause what he's doing just didn't work for me in this episode. But that's okay; there were other things to love. Case in point: all of the Clark/Chloe/Lois stuff. I can't get enough of that. Please... more!

Lionel is great as always; he definitely has something cooking with all his scribbling.

Lex is back in true form, though I do admit I'm finding him less interesting. Could be the Lana dynamic; I'm not sure, but he's much more "fun" playing opposite Clark, Lionel, and Fine. Oh well.

Last and now least, it never ceases to amaze me how the writers can find endless new ways for me to hate.... The HELL are they DOING? Keeeeriiiist!

Gah. N'mind. I'll shut up now.

Not sure what you wanted. It's hard to write an A plot solely about Clark blowing on things. I thought they weaved it into the story pretty well, and he did use it to save Lex and Lana. They also had a few different scenes where they had fun with it, too.

I enjoyed Lois in this episode. Its more like when she was first introduced asking all these questions again & not stopping until she finds an answer. With Lois it seems like the good old days are back. I hope Lois gets involved more

I don't buy that. Clark would have saved Lex regardless of what Lionel said. True there may be an added bonus but he's never just left someone in danger.

Okay...what was so wrong with Hartley? He was smug and arrogant just as he should be. Not to mention an old-fashioned bad-ass in that last scene. Oh and...hate what?

PS: Who else caught all of that extra 'pecial snark in the dialog? Who wrote this ep again? I'd like to send him/her a big kiss for all the great chuckles. :D
