This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]369857[/split]
Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates.
Starting January 9th, site maintenance is ongoing until further notice, but please report any other issues you may experience so we can look into.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
/film are reporting (and say they are confirming from Independent sources and exhibitors) that a six minute prologue to The Dark Knight Rises will be attached to all IMAX prints of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol that opens exclusively on IMAX Dec. 16th in the U.S.
It then opens wider to include non-IMAX theatres five days later on Dec. 21st and then we dont get the film until Dec. 26th in the UK. But whenever you do get to see MI:4 it will include the first six minutes of the most anticipated film in living memory.
Lol, agreed. It won't happen in the prologue but it'll happen (hopefully).
It's only right to post it on the new thread.
The thread would be incomplete without it. t:
Armalarm said:Actually, to fully recover from a spinal injury (especially when its broken) takes a LONG TIME! Sometimes more than 8 years. Don't forget in a lot of cases, people become terminally paralyzed from the waist down, or end up like christopher Reeves. I think Bruce should consider himself lucky he can actually walk again.
It's only right to post it on the new thread.
SPECIAL SCREENING OF THE DARK KNIGHT RISES PROLOGUE
IMAX Darling Harbour will be one of a select group of IMAX theatres to show the 6 minute prologue of The Dark Knight Rises in full screen IMAX prior to each screening of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol.
The Director of The Dark Knight Rises, Christopher Nolan, told the British film magazine Empire this week that the prologue is "basically the first six, seven minutes of the film" and will serve as "an introduction to Bane, and a taste of the rest of the film."
Starts 14 December. Tickets on sale now.
