Amazing. The cgi looked a little cartoony in one or two bits. But overall, it was incredible.

Just from the little clip you could see Sandman feels complete remorse for killing Ben.

This reminds me of how they pretty much spoiled all of X men 3 online before... of course, this movie still has more going for it in one clip than that whole movie had.

I will only be watching the Gwen clips simply because I have been wanting to see her in a scene since she was cast.

No disrespect but Sony Pictures Imageworks has had three films to perfect the look of the CG Spider-Man and yet, in those clips, he still looks rubbery. He looks good but the CG hasn't advanced in that area.

But, there is one thing definite in those clips...BRYCE DALLAS HOWARD is killer.... and should've been in the films from movie one. In that one minute clip, she's sexier than Kirsten who's had two, whole movies to make an impression.

C´mon guys, this talk about CGI got old already, Spidey moves in ways that are impossible for any human being - the g-forces alone would rip his arms right out of the socket - so Spidey is NEVER gonna look entirely photorealistic, regardless of technological advances, plus with the costume and padding he tends to have a certain doll-like look anyway, but at the same time he looks like he´s right out of the comics. he doesn´t look any more "rubbery" or "weightless" than the full CG Superman in SR Returns or KK in several shots.

The crane scene alone is one of the most amazingly complex and elaborate FX scenes I ever seen, and yet people just play the same CGI broken record again and again...

Nice! I expected some of the CGI to be cartoony, but it was like that in Spider-Man as well. I can't wait to watch that battle.

Just watched the crane scene with sound. "Holy s***" is a decent response.

I remember when the trailer first came out, the CGI looked crappy as hell in the scene where he's first testing the symbiote, but after the high resolution one came out, I had no problem with the CGI.

In other words, the resolution on these clips won't do the CGI justice.




The crane scene had my jaw dropped. The way he swung unto the scene, gaining altitude with each swing, beeautiful. I hope they didn't show the whole damn thing.


Also, the dialogue between Sandman and Spider-Man, just great! Sandman got some good hits in and so did Spidey, loving it.


I was LOVING the restaurant scene, Bryce looks simply stunning and her acting was impressive. She's fresh meat, versus Kirsten who we've seen throughout the past 2 movies, that's why people are so excited about how she looked.
I can already tell how different the Gwen and MJ characters are in the movie.

I can't even express in words how amazing all that was. I mean, I just can't. Sam has made not a great movie, but a masterpiece. And I have not said that for over a decade about any movie. This is absoultley just great.

The bell tower scene WOW!!!! All those Young naysayers, I thought the bell tower Gothic music of the Spidey theme was just so well done.

This franchise isn't immune to the "Trilogy Curse" mainly because of the first film. I don't care how much it made, it's just not that great a film, compared to part two and probably part three.

The first film will be the ball-headed stepchild of this series. Count on that.

As for the CG Sly, cartoony is cartoony, no matter the resolution. The first two films have been out on DVD for years and, especially the first film, Spider-Man still has that rubbery look. the Church scene, Subway scene, and the crane scene had a big affect on me. the others cool as well though.
