I think it is fair to assess which you enjoy more. You are right that they are different, but I do enjoy watching Robocop a tad more.

I hated AVP but overall it is a far stronger film than that foreign spoof Resurrection. The reason I posted those bona-fide badass picks above was to help further erase resurrection out of my mind.

The reason I ask is becuase the closest comparison to the original Alien is Jaws. Alien is basically "Jaws in Space" if that makes any sense. They are very different films obviously but that is the closest comparison that would make sense. Were Aliens is an action/thriller, alien was more suspense/horror. With Alien 3 being a drama.

i agree... Resurrection felt like watching a butt-hole open and close.
