If these men (the people sues) commited a crime, charge them IN CRIMINAL COURT and they should suffer the consequences. However also punish the illgeals by deportation. There is also no reason for them to recieve any monetary rewards or property either.

Then you go on how if they comitted a crime they should go to court. Under our laws, the victim has an opportunity to face her agressor in court, if shes deported then that wouldnt be possible.

If a woman was raped after illegally crossign the border - the woman should be deported and the rapist should go to prison (for a long long time). Now the issue of facing the agressor in court is easily handled, but the woman who illegally crossed the border in the States Custody, until the trial and then deport her.

Ive been to court cases involving illegals and they were allowed to be present. They however didnt get to testify or anything.

But they carry guns, and there have been instances where illegals have been mysteriously shot. I dont like it, I say just hie more Border Patrol agents if thats the case. Recently I saw a docu on them and there were instances where they grabbed illegals and tied them up until Border Patrol came. The illegals believed them to be police.

If the government steps up and is able to do the job the Minute Men are doing, then there would be no reason for them to be there. The fact is that simply carrying a gun does not make these people bad, and since in this country you are innocent until proven guilty - and no minute men have been charged with murder - I have to believe these people are acting within the laws.

I have no problem with the minuete men tying up illegals, its a citizens arrest - they saw them commit a crime and did something about it.
